★★☆☆☆ Went in to get a nut off the engine mount bolt that had come out entirely as I was replacing the engine mount in my car. Took it to Capitol M&M since they are close to where I live. Handed the bolt to the receptionist, who was nice, and she gave it to one of the techs. He took it to the back and tried to take it off. After a few minutes of waiting, the tech came in and handed the bolt to the receptionist who then told me that they couldn't take it off. I looked at the bolt and saw that the tech had bent it and stripped the tread on the bolt. I told the receptionist and she went back and told a different tech what had happened. After a few minutes tech came back in and handed her the bolt. She then told me that he was able to take the nut off and handed me the bolt and the nut. I looked at it and told her that it was still bent. She replied with "I told him it was bent. He was able to take it off though." What do you do? Argue with them after they know what issue they caused and don't do anything to resolve it? It's not worth it. I left and now will be heading to a junk yard to see if I can find a straight bolt I can use. I appreciate their willingness to help and actually fixing the original problem for no money, though I offered before things went wrong, but completely causing a permanent one is actually worse. This was my experience with them, others have had good ones from the few reviews here... I'll just say, hope yours is a good one.

★☆☆☆☆ I used to think this place was great, but they recently installed replaced our suspension in our 4runner and unbalanced our driveshaft when replacing the u-joints. Upon returning twice because of a vibration, they insisted nothing was wrong. It wasn't until we took the car to get balanced before a road-trip that we realized that we needed to entirely re-build the driveshaft because of their improper install. Their mistake and failure to admit error has cost us thousands of dollars at this point. I don't think they are bad people but, please go elsewhere if you care about your car and your wallet.
