Their hours should read 8am to 4:45pm not 5. I spoke to the paint department and placed an order at 2pm, the dude that helped me said it would be ready in 10 minutes and that I could come by anytime to pick it up. At 4:45 since it was getting close to closing time, I called in to make sure that the order I placed was ready for pick up, at which time they informed me that the paint had not ever been mixed. Although I drove from 45 minutes away and it was their fault (which they acknowledged) for telling me the order would be ready, they refused to correct their mistake and instead said they were about to close the door and to come back tomorrow when they were open.. As much as I like to support small businesses, what benefits are there if not for the customer service and interactions with employees? These small shops provide no financial benefit opposed to big box or online stores, and the fact that they acknowledged they had made a mistake and refused to correct it even though there was time left to do so is absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from car aroma supply, you can find everything they stock for cheaper online without the hassle of dealing with incompetent employees, and if not, there are a ton of stores in the area that supply the exact same items this small establishment has. Edit** Although this is much much later, I had not seen your reply to the situation Tim, and I appreciate the time and effort you spent in at the very least, acknowledging, as well as any changes that may have been made in accordance to your reply. Again I apologize that it took this long, but my review has been edited thanks Tim.

Hi guys how are you doing ? And thank you for reading.. This company has a lot of products for car wash and car detailing Had a good prices and good quality of materials but the reason of 3 starts is 1 the person who answer the phone is just not there I took me like 10 calls to get someone pick the phone and this person don’t know anything I was like man seriously.. then I head over and costumer services is no there i want information about products and the person who attend me do know anything about it I had to read the specification on the label to understanding Overall good products and good prices

I came to this shop because I had a brand new rental and there was a scratch I wasn't sure if it was from me or not anyways I tried auto zone, orileys and one other shop to no avail. A customer inside auto zone told me about this spit. I was greeted by a super friendly guy named Miguel and he knew his paints too. He color matched my car perfect. Customer service is so important and Miguel and the guy he was working with were a 6 out of 5. Highly recommend. They can match any paint job big or small, even brand new cars. Thanks guys keep up the positive demeanor your Boss should be proud!
