This place was a God send to me and my mother. We were traveling through Mississippi heading to Georgia when the engine light came on. We were towed to this shop and they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. The Customer service Representative Charles and the mechanic who worked on our car Rick were both amazing and super helpful. I cannot thank them both enough for the job they did. This location is one that I highly recommend when you have car troubles.

Took truck for oil change and asked them to check tires they said my wheel bearings were bad and I wouldn't make it back home and my breaks were bad. They fixed it "supposedly" $500 later I got my truck and it didn't make it home the breaks caliber locked on both the driver and passenger side. They were the last to work putting break pads and fixing rotors. They sent a tow truck and chaged another $500 to fix breaks they messed up or over looked. Either way their point was to keep me off the side of the road and I ended up on the side of the road paying for their mistakes. Be careful if you are a woman because they will take advantage!!!! That 10 percent off on Wednesday for women is a scam because they make it back over ten fold when they mess up. Talk to others about them and they have left oil filters off and claimed serpentine belt was bad just for an oil change and the customer are all women. Be weary!! Truck is driving good now after paying for their mistakes. Almost set my truck on fire

Will never go there again. They changed my oil, broke a part on my car, lost my screws, lied and charged me $76. The staff and manager were very unprofessional and didn't handle the situation properly. They didn't care and was like oh well. Charles, the manager on duty that day even told me they mess up people cars all the time and put zip ties on people car parts to hold them together and patch them up. The whole place need to be shut down! They all a bunch of lying, low down dirty dogs! Stay far away from this place people if you want to keep your car in good shape! They all are shady!

I went in to get my tire plugged and they do patchwork which is better than plugging. Frank was very helpful! I waited with my car and he was able to get my car taken care of within 20-30 minutes. They also evened the pressure in all of my tires as well. The service and atmosphere was great and I will be back! It was also ladies day so I received 10% off my purchase! Great place!

These guys are great! They are fair, honest, and kind and they don't talk down to you like other mechanics sometimes do. Instead, they will explain very informatively and conversationally what's going on with your vehicle and what services you are getting. Frank is in charge of the shop and seems to genuinely care about his customers and providing excellent customer service. I was a loyal customer while I lived in the area and the guys at the shop always seemed to find me discounts and even performed a diagnostic on my car for free. I know those are expensive! I recently moved to Boston and the free trip check Frank gave me helped me to arrive safely after my 26 hour journey. Thank you! I appreciate the top notch service =]

I’d spent weeks researching how to refresh my HVAC system in my e46. There’s a Euro whisperer that works in this building haha. I dropped off my car and in about 3 hours I was getting a call saying she was blowing -42° F with a picture to prove such claim. Also, thank you Tracey for following up. I do apologize about not reaching out sooner. She has the best climate control thanks to this place. I tried my hand at a Euro Shop in Ridgeland and was thoroughly disappointed from customer service to outcome. If you’re trying to beat the heat, I would recommend anyone stop at the Car Care Clinic!

I'm really pleased with the service here. I had to tow my car to the shop early one morning and was unsure when/if they would be able to resolve the issue, especially because I have a VW and they can be particularly tricky. Sean and the whole team were very communicative about what they were doing, why, and any potential next steps. I ended up getting my car back the following day and in great condition! SHOWN, the manager, was absolutely INCREDIBLE, and so was the young man who returned my car to me (unfortunately was unable to catch his name) They were both UNDERSTANDING and KINDHEARTED, as well as super HELPFUL! I do not go to shops often, actually I usually refuse to as my dad and I work on my car together at home, but when it came down to a couple extremely stubborn lug nuts I am so glad that Shown was available to provide AMAZING service. Shawn the manager is AMAZING and a life saver . For one he was a bit short handed in the morning and he still worked on my car and recommended a place to help with my bent wheel. I had no idea what was wrong with my car all I knew is that my ride felt different, he figured out what was wrong with it talked to me about it and made suggestions on how I can fix it . You can tell he really cares. I highly recommend this place even the receptionist was nice and smiling . I will always come back here for my car and tire needs
