This place is legit, my car is being strange when it comes to codes popping up and they have just been helpful and nice when it comes to my strange car and this place is clean inside and they have good coffee, I’ll be coming back if my car needs some more serious work or really just any at all. I haven’t have any work done on my car by them so I can’t say anything about that yet but by the other reviews I’ve seen I’d say it’s safe to say it’s okay to trust them

I have a 2010 Lexus ES350. Battery was constantly draining after 3 days of non use. Car Doctors diagnosed and replaced Alternator. I was going to write review right away but....waited for cold weather and non use of car. After Athens snow storm and LONG weekend went to start car and she started like a champ. Expensive. My serpentine belt broke at the auto store near by, brought my car over there. The customer service was ok, they also provided a free estimate and were communicative about pricing, but the prices they were estimating were absolutely insane. A few hundred dollars over would have been fine but they wanted to charge $650 for the fix and quoted me for a valve cover gasket repair at $950 (which the part they wanted to replace costs $44). So $1600 in total for a car worth $2,400... I declined service and towed my car out of there, got a mobile mechanic to fix the belt for $200 (not including parts).
