I recently purchased my lease, and just want to say that Yaerin Kim is amazing and helped me with one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car sales associate. She was extremely upfront and transparent on costs and offered her advice and guidance on what the best option for me was given my situation. After Kia of Cerritos, I contacted car Pros of HB. I stopped by and spoke with Eli and let him know what I was looking for and what I would like to do. Eli came back with a number a little too high for me and I left. The GM, Mauricio emailed me and asked why I didn’t purchase. Explained what happened, what I wanted and he emailed back with a better price. Almost were I wanted to be. After a couple more emails and a phone conversation, we had a deal! He personally set me up with an amazing team and stayed involved throughout the entire process. Now let’s talk about my salesperson, Yaerin Kim. This woman deserves a promotion. Seriously. Shoutout to Jeff Cohen for making it happen! The numbers were as promised, i showed up and the experience was wonderful!!! Augie took care of me at the start and at the end, great guy and seemed very genuine for the entire process. Explained everything thoroughly and broke down all the features of the car.
