Awesome group of guys, pulled in and needed a serpentine belt done. I told the guys I needed to pick my children up from school and had a short time window. They immediately pulled my truck in and went to work. While I waited they picked us up lunch and had my truck ready with time to spare. Great service, priced well, and I truly felt my best interest was at heart.

First time customer, and they under-promised and over-delivered. When I dropped off my car last Wednesday, I was informed it would take 3-5 business days for them to look at it due to high volume. I was called Monday morning and told that one of the mechanics had stayed late over the weekend to finish the work and that it was ready. And the cost was significantly less than I was anticipating. Brian and Bryan saved THE DAY!!!! Our car had started smoking as we were leaving Michigan for a cross country trip, and they got us in last minute. Despite how busy they obviously were, EVERYONE in the shop took the time to talk and laugh with us, to explain everything, and then to get us back out on the road safely?!?! I am new to the area because of work. I relied heavily on Google reviews to choose a shop. I brought my car in and they were swamped with work but informed me and communicated with me throughout the process. They were able to do a full diagnostic on my car and we went from there. It was a good experience and I felt comfortable with the level of service received. A few weeks later, I was purchasing a new car and brought it them to look over before finalizing the purchase. They were able to fit me in and thoroughly look over the car and send me on my way. The reason I brought this new-to-me car to them is because of the level of care I received the first time I went in. It was equally as positive of an experience this time. Everyone was nice, professional, thorough and knowledgeable which is comforting moving from another state. I would absolutely come back here. I fully recommend them and their staff. Very happy with them.

These guys are awesome. I called early on a Saturday to see if they could check out a slow-leaking tire on my Mazda, and they were able to fit me in almost right away. When I arrived, they quickly found the leak and patched my tire for a very reasonable price. I don't think I was there for even ten minutes -- didn't even have to pull into the garage. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and clearly very good at what they do. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance/repairs!

Could not have had a better experience. I was worried I’d have to replace all 4 of my tires after a flat, but they were able to salvage my tire AND even took the time to put my spare back up underneath my car & all of the tools back where they belong. I walked in expecting not to have my car for a couple days and to be out a good chunk of money, but within an hour I was on my way for an unbeatable price. Thank you!!

Had a horrible day and broke down in the middle of snowstorm from over heating. I had my vehicle towed to car tech on day of incident . Brian and his team handled my situation instantly diagnosed it as cooling system line and I was on the road with in an hr . The cost was minimal compared to most places but the respect I was shown was very comforting and work that was done was OUTSTANDING!!! A HORRIBLE day turned into a very GRATEFUL day because of Brian Laraway and Bryan Hill at Car-Tech! 💯🙏👍🏻 I highly recommend this shop !!!

I’ll give two stars because Brian seemed like a nice guy. However, I dropped my car off here on a Friday evening and got a call Saturday afternoon the weekend before Christmas week saying my head gasket was bad. Didn’t say how they found out until I got there. Looked at the paper, says my car failed the compression test. He didn’t mention that in person but said I had coolant all in my oil. Time on paper says they looked at my car for a little over an hour. I wanted a FULL inspection. Paid $140, almost and got NO WHERE😣😣😣. The paper work says “replace head gasket and we will reassess” quoted me 4,000…… I could buy a whole other focus for that much first of all. Secondly, I was highly suspicious of the diagnostic because I never have to put coolant in it, it never over heats, no blue or white smoke. So I took it for a second opinion. NO COOLANT in any of my oil, oil cap, etc. cars can fail compression tests for other reasons so I’m guessing they just took a guess at it and sent me on my way because they wanted to close early. I should dispute the charge with my bank. Will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone. Had me thinking I needed a new engine. Ridiculous…. 😒 list didn’t include anything else wrong with the car and it’s 16 years old so doubt that as well. Cars can fail compression tests for multiple reasons like a vacuum leak which is what I wanted them to test for and they didn’t mention anything at all. They probably seen a young blonde and thought she knows nothing. Wrong. They even tried to say my front struts were worn until I sounded shocked and said they were brand new then he corrected himself. Be cautious….and always get a second opinion. This shop had me ridiculous depressed and stressed before Christmas for no reason.

Look no further for an auto repair shop. These guys are incredible. Sent my fiancees Acura to them for a timing chain replacement. 2 days after the repair was complete, we had another issue with the vehicle, completely separate from the timing chain. They took her car in right away and did not charge us for the fix. They dont just fix cars well, they also communicate VERY well! You are never in the dark about what's happening or how much it'll cost. Theyre a non-commision shop so theres no kickbacks to them. Ive verified part prices with other repair shops and the internet--I promise you, theyre not ripping anyone off. A group of stand up guys working in there and a big shout out to Brian for his outstanding customer service. I hope the owners of this business know how lucky they are to have such a GREAT team at this shop.
