I went to have tires I ordered put on my car here, the manufacturer sent the wrong size so I needed pictures of the tires to send them back. They offered to take the photos and now it’s been exactly one week since then and I don’t have the photos and my tires continue to sit there. I don’t know why I’m having such an issue, why can’t someone take five minutes to take the photos so I can finally have tires that fit my car sent to me. This is bull and after this mess I’ll never return here.

So I recently went to this shop trying to get my car looked at and when I arrived a young lady was present at the counter. I told her I wanted to get a diagnostic. I asked how far does the diagnostic cover will they just plug it up to a machine or actually go under the hood for the problem my reason of asking was because my car had been plugged up to multiple machines and some parts had been replaced prior trying to fix the problem so I needed a more deeper diagnostic. As I asked her what Mehcanic would do the diagnostic she then I guess got irritated because of the multiple questions and started raising her voice stating she don’t know everybody works and who is ever available will do the diagnostic. She was rude and idk is not a answer at any point if the questions I asked were difficult for her to answer she could of just went and got a manager.I stated that I’m sensitive about my car and I have invested a lot of money into my car so I left because raising your voice and idk is just not ok with me especially when I have done nothing wrong but ask questions

They do not value your time. Called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was scheduled for a specific time and arrived about 10 minutes early. I did ask how long it would take before coming in as I had to go back to work. I was told approximately 45 minutes. I was then told to go to the waiting room. I sat for over an hour. When I went to ask of it was done, I saw the vehicle in the same spot that I parked when coming in! I was told they did not have the oil and had to order it. Over an hour wasted!!! This is the second time I am experiencing this at CarX. If you do not value your own time, you can go there. Expect to have it wasted.

We had been going to CarX for over 20 years with multiple cars over many many years. Last year one of the tires we bought from them with road hazard insurance was damaged and needed to be replaced. After trying many times to call and to go in person we were unable to get them to replace the tire. We had to go to another shop and get new tires. I have been trying to talk to them for the last 9 months to get them to reimburse us. They having been stringing me along all this time. They lost a valuable customer. I would NOT recommend them at all. They responded to this review with a phone number and an extension that doesn’t exist! Still stringing me along! Just tried calling again without extension and put on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up! Still stringing me along!

I had MAJOR concerns with my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. I took it to Car-X Tire & Auto with the advice from my sister and a former coworker of mine. Within an hour I was updated on the issue and before the end of the day; the repairs were completed. I have NEVER been more satisfied and grateful for a professional service, prompt work, and decent cost like the one that this place provides! Would not recommend, they ask for $100.00 just to diagnose any issues and they do not update you if any of their workers is not able to make the appointment on time due to unexpected events going on.
