Broke down on the highway and had my car towed here for a quick fix (misfire). They had an appointment for me at 5 then called back saying their tech wasn’t in so it would be fixed early the next week. My car sat here for 6 days and no one even checked it with the OBD-2 scanner. Don’t go here unless you have weeks to sit around with no car.

Called and made an appointment yesterday, for today, I show up at my scheduled time and they don’t have a record of my appointment!! So either I just called and talked to some random person and scheduled an appointment or somebody needs to get their head out of there ….. and DO THEIR JOB! And all of this after I just worked a 15 hour shift??? I could be home sleeping right now instead of wasting my time driving all the way here. You will NEVER get my business!

Terrible experience. Called to get my oil change , book a time , then get a call back stating I can’t have that time because it already tooken . Came back later the evening and turned down again saying I couldn’t get a blend on my car after I paid for it online . There no way I can get a refund ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

Most likely using them for work other than oil change—I enjoyed the experience I had when there! The staff is friendly and respectful, as well as thorough at explaining what they found in layman’s terms. Jiffylube severed my oil pressure sensor and they found it near immediate when they started the oil change. I also received a tire rotation during the service and asked to have them take a look at the rough riding whenever I hit a bump. They were able to, again, explain in layman’s terms and gave a rather reasonable estimate for what needs done according to what I have researched! They also stated the timeframe they’d need to fix the issue, which was something I really appreciated. Hopefully that is in fact the issue! Also, left my wallet in the car without realizing it and a) they trusted me to get my wallet and not drive off and b) I had nothing missing (not shocked, though, they were very nice and genuine people it seemed!).

How do you rate KIND and HELPFUL? Dakota stayed after close because we called 20 min before close on 4/12. Our car had a brake fluid light come up during our road trip and we had to urgently stop in South Bend because of it. Most all places were closing and despite closing time and no mechanics around Dakota offered to take a look for us. He identified the issue, offered some guidance and even looked up alternative brake fluid types for our car then directed us to Autozone. I hope someone reads this review and this place gets more business not only because of his kindness, but because it seems like they do good work too - hard to come by these days.

Our car needed some break work done and the employees here did a great job. Car runs and sounds great. As soon as my husband drove away after getting the car we got a flat tire and it was completely flat and done for😭😭 we drove back ,thinking it was something that happened there. And one of the workers helped us right away and got us back on track:) thank you for helping us after such a crazy day!
