The people are very helpful and friendly. But Mazda just added a 3% surcharge to use a credit card and I was not informed about it until I was checking out. If I had known I would have brought a check to avoid an additional $38!

The folks at CardinaleWay Mazda are absolutely amazing! I never dreamed when I walked in to buy a car, that I would be treated so well. I have gone there for about 4 years on and off for routine service and maintenance. I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness and almost like family to be honest. I was treated well when I purchased the car to begin with. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Mazda has the most wonderful products! My car is a dream to drive, gets great gas mileage, and is quiet and has the best handling and response that I've ever had in any vehicle. And no one's paying me to say this.. lol! Battery replacement at our dealer. Nick as always is the BEST. Have two Mazda's we bought here and have always received exceptional service here. ALWAYS. One small item - they are assessing a 3% surcharge for a credit card now. Really? Seems kind of penny-anny for a merchant who's prices are pretty high already. Don't get cheap on us guys.

We brought our Mazda in to have the Automate exterior paint clear coat protection reapplied again (every 6 months). We actually mistakenly brought our car in at 10:00am instead of the correct time which was noon. Nothing at all was said to us about that. We told them that we would be waiting in the lounge when it was completed. It only took about 45 minutes for it to be completed. We didn't notice our mistake on the scheduled time until we got home. It was nice for them not to ask why we brought our car in so early, but instead they just went ahead and performed the service. Jesus is always so nice and cordial to us. We are pleased.

Avoid going to get your car serviced here if possible! I never leave reviews but had to for this one. I had an appt to get my battery changed, waited over an hour for it to be done. I saw it parked out front and had to go up to the desk to ask if it was ready they never notified me it was done. When I first arrived to the dealership I had specifically placed a water bottle I just recently purchased in my back seat . When I got home from the dealership I went to grab it and it was missing I did not stop anywhere in-between. The dealership says the men there are honorable and wouldn’t do that but I know for a fact it was in the car when I got there and missing when I left. Items in my car were also moved from its place. They offered to give me $40 off my next service but will not be returning for another service at this location.
