My belt broke in the middle of Raytown and I called these guys and they had the part booked to the T and he communicated every step and had a guy passing through Raytown and they came and fixed it all while I was gone due to moving and sent me photos of everything and once done they called me to tell me what the did what the price was they are the best people to contact 10/10 recommended my cars running great and even called after to check on his work! 10/10 stars!!!!

These guys are great. We just had a baby and our car was having intermittent starting issues. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad starter and replaced it the same day. I utilized Steven from CarGuys KC for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I live 5 hours away and needed someone on the ground to let me know the condition of the vehicle and what I might need to do to fix it up for personal use. His review was more than thorough and worth every penny. We discovered a couple things about the vehicle that were questionable, I asked for them to be fixed and then he returned to make sure the fixes were done for a small extra fee. Once again worth every penny. They did a terrific job of representing my interests and working with me to confirm that the vehicle in question met the requirements that I laid out. I was provided the confidence to drive the 5 hours required to pick up the vehicle. My husband and I are from Des Moines and were heading home on the Sunday afternoon before Labor Day. Our Camry kept stalling on our way out of town. We had just gotten a new battery the week before and had been driving it with no issues the three days before. To say it was the worst time for your car to have issues was an understatement. We frantically called around to a few places to see if anyone could help us, and Steven returned my text with a call within 10 minutes. He listened and was very kind as I told him the issue, and asked some questions to start figuring out what may be going on. We narrowed it down to potentially the alternator, but he said he would bring some stuff and look before doing anything. He said it would be a couple hours before he could get to us (which considering he had his daughter that day and it was a holiday weekend, we were more than fine with the wait) and even arrived a little earlier than expected. After checking that the alternator and battery were both fine, looking around the engine and doing a little research, he helped us determine the air intake resonator was missing. I was able to look at an online forum now that we knew what was wrong and found others had theirs come off and fall behind the engine. Sure enough, there it was blending in. He helped us get it back on and made sure it was tightened up properly. He wanted us to take the car for a short drive before driving it home to make sure that was the issue. I instantly noticed the the car was running smoother and it didn't stall out or even feel like it was going to stall out. He only charged us a diagnostic fee and we were able to make it home without any issues. He even texted us after to wish us a safe drive home. It ended up being a simple fix, but one we wouldn't have found on our own. We are very thankful he took time to come and help us out!
