Absolutely the best! Stop on the way 2 visit my pops. (didn't want 2 show up with a disgusting vehicle) 2nd car in line. Got the special "hand wash & wax" & my truck came out looking brand new. Extremely nice eatery inside premises!!! So I got myself a mocha latte & a delicious sandwich. TOPS! I Will B Back. Customer service outstanding!

Pleasantly surprised with my car wash. Excellent prices and excellent service. I returned to this place after I had stopped coming some time ago because new ownership had taken over at that time and the service was poor back then. It is very good now and I would recommend this place to all.

My experience with this business was absolutely terrible. The person drying my car, a gentleman in his early 40's, wearing a black face mask with a neon design, took the tip I gave him and then threw it on the hood of my car because it was not enough. I still have my receipt, Transaction #103160. Your employee just lost you a good customer!!!

This is my 3rd time trying them. Strike 3 your out. Each visit I went up a tier on the board. My last visit was today, 08/27/20. I paid $29.99 for my wash, the reason I went for that tier is it claimed a "deep vacuum". The floor was not that dirty either. I did it because the last 2 trips the vacuuming was poor. When the gentleman finished with the car I had to pull around to the vacuum again and they re-did it ( not a good value) and on the way home I noticed what a horrible job they did cleaning the windows on the inside, streaks and smudges from their handprints, plus I don't think they even tried to clean the back window. The juice spot on the inside however is excellent, I will go back there. For $30 I will drive farther for my car wash thank you. I tried to keep my business local.

I've been here twice. The first time was good. The second time I went to get my lights retouched since they give you a 1 year warranty on them. They didn't have anyone available for the service. I also asked if they had a package that would give me a deep interior cleaning...the rep offered a $40 special they had going. I went with it but I basically got a wax an armor all but not a deeper cleaning on the interior.

I bought a package of 13 washes, they do not give you a card instead you have to trust their system, they look for your name and tell you how many washes you have left. The guys that dry your car are very good.

It took 1hour for a basic wash They damaged my PPF on the front bumper, they didn’t wash the car completely, I just said stop, they scratching some dirt with their nails, that’s how they damaged that. Owner of the car wash, please reach out to me to resolve this issue ASAP

I went here thinking they were going to do a good job. Well I was wrong!!! They did a terrible job inside and out for the price we paid. I honestly have done a better job of vacuuming and cleaning the inside than they did. I will never be back here again. They scratched my car. My husband said something about it, so they brought out the buffer and it worked, but not completely. Terrible service.

They raised their prices too high. The basic wash is almost $30. The one good thing is that there is no paint damaging brushes in the drive thru.

Came here a couple times. My parents have been going for years. Was there for over 3 hours, and when my trucks done the driver door handle was broken. The part is a dealer only part going to cost me over 600.00 dollars I don't have. My trucks still very dirty, they didn't clean the windows or vacuum the 3rd row or trunk area. The mirro is dirty and its a shame that the wait is so long and service sucks. Have contacted my attorny and will be filing small claims Monday for the amount of the wash and parts and labor.

Guys do a great job with the car, but the experience is always wrecked by the rude girl at the register. Not sure why, but she always has the same stale attitude. Today when I pulled in, she was outside talking to the workers, probably making their day miserable as well. As I passed her, I could see her face, and she always has this look as though she’s smelling something terrible. So then it comes time for me to pay, and same, as always, I go to the register, and she speaks in this condescending manner and tone. I hand her the money and she literally snatches it out of my hand. So I then asked her for a stamp card, and she proceeds to tell me, didn’t I give you one last time. And I told her yes, but I keep that one of my other car, and this new card will be for this car. She then tells me that she can only give me one card at a time. So I tell her well this is another time so I can obviously get another card. She gave it, but looking at me as though I was dung on the heel of a boot, rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth, as she passed it to me. Perhaps she would do better working in the back behind the scenes, or in the runway scrubbing cars. It’s always best if the cashier is pleasant to the patrons, as this is the face of the business. Don’t believe me, go see for yourself.

This place is amazing! Starting with the cashier shes always in a good mood and very nice to all the customers even when they are bombarding her with complaints. The manager is also very attentive to all the customers needs even when they are rude to him.

Extremely disappointed, l have been coming here for years. They have raised oil and supposedly free car wash to $70 plus dollarrs and now its a basic wash, .... vacuum, exterior windows. There is no interior detail or tire detail. Lost a long time customer. POOR!

I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately this was my first overall bad experience.. I came in to get my car washed and when I got my car back it was still dirty in some spots, the inside door panel of the driver side was all scratched up (I look at it everyday and I know it was not this messed up) and the lever for my seat was broken, my cars new.. I’ve never had a bad experience here till now.

Used to bring my vehicle to this place but I stopped because how dirty was left after cleaning . I wanted to give an another chance but definitely not coming back again. First of all , the cashier has an extremely bad attitude towards customers and I noticed she gives the same treat to the employees there as well, she is very rude and not polite at all . I took my vehicle there today to get the windows re-do since I can’t drive like this, thankfully the manager who was there was very helpful and got it done properly. Thank you for that I very appreciate it.

I researched a few places and found this place to be a good price for a detailed car wash. I was approached by Cesar who was very friendly, patient, polite, and informative. He helped me speak to the manager to get the price I want. What was included was a regular car wash, tire cleaning, vacuum the inside, wiped the dashboard and all the areas in the car, armor all the door sides and front areas, cleaned the mats, shampooed as well. I was grateful for the drive service to my house from Cesar (this is because they weren’t busy.) When speaking with Isa, front desk staff, sorry if I spelled her name wrong she was nice enough to ask them to find something I dropped on the side of my chair. I got a call telling me it was done maybe one hour and a half. When I arrive back to pick up my car, the car was not done, I brought my wife to inspect and we saw things needed more vacuuming, and cleaning dust and grime. The trunk was shampooed and vacuumed right. They didn’t question or made a fuss they just did it which was nice! Overall was a great first time experience. I would recommend it and go back again. Thank you to the staff and management. Hope this review helps out!

I came in for a full detail of my interior, safe to say it wasn’t fully detailed. The steering wheel wasn’t wiped still had a stain, they didn’t clean the cup holders, and the back seat they didn’t clean the pockets of the door. They didn’t even bother to clean the trunk area. The driver and passenger mats were vacuumed but still visibly dirty. For $60 it seems they just covered every surface with the shine protectant which I had to wipe some off because it was heavily coated and I had a a serious glare when driving with the sun out. First and last time I come in for services, if things aren’t done correctly the first time I don’t expect better service from future visits.
