Very disappointing communication. I contacted them about a warranty engine replacement and was told directly, “we can take care of this, don’t worry.” After waiting over a week, they changed their story and said they couldn’t do it. My warranty company also confirmed they never received any communication from this shop, which makes me question their reliability. If you have a warranty, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

They told me my alternator was going bad because my auto start stop didn't work. They said they tested it but didn't show any proof. I talked to the lady who sold me my vehicle and she recommended a different shop. What they would have charged over 600 dollars for would have been completely unnecessary. The fix was a simple switch needing replaced and it only cost 200 dollars. They also showed me proof that my alternator and battery were both good.
