I got caught at the West Trenton train station when my phone died. The owner at this gas station was incredibly helpful with calling me a cab. I stood around for about half an hour more while waiting for the cab to arrive. He was attentive to all his customers, and he seemed to have a vested interested in the well-being of their vehicles. This is not my usual service station only because I don't live very close. I did have AAA tow me there the other day though because I had totally blown out 2 of my tires. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had an issue with a poorly-replaced drain plug following an oil change at a dealership. Sue helped me out even though they were booked solid. Filled the car up with oil and a gave me a written invoice to bring to the dealership to deal with my check engine light codes. I fully plan to use them for all service needs in the future.

This is an early review and I plan to update it after my appointment on Tuesday, July 22. That said, I was very impressed with my initial experience when scheduling the appointment. I was greeted at the door by Barbara, who was incredibly attentive and polite. After I explained the issues I was having with my Subaru Outback, she immediately checked with one of the mechanics. She returned quickly and confidently let me know they could take care of it. She also took the time to explain how their system provides real-time updates as work is done on the vehicle. I'm looking forward to my appointment and will share an update next week. Thank you!

Gone Downhill. 2 of the 4 tires installed failed. Didn't honor warranty even after not having alignment report. Used to be a decent honor shop. If you are getting tires go with an authorized distributor.
