From the moment I walked in this dealership felt like home! They worked with my situation which everyone else thought was so impossible. Every roadblock was maneuvered so easily I actually left the dealership with a different outlook on negative situations. I will buy all of my vehicles here. 3 months and no issues. I did notice my blinker was out and immediately I had one within 30 mins. The GM is so kind and my sales guy guided me on the right vehicle. I left the finance office with so much knowledge of vehicle finance. Thank you Cars Plus.

They sold me a car which had some kind of issue with it but I was hoping that it wasn't serious but the motor went out. And I let them file my income taxes for my down payment. Irs sent me papers saying they filed them wrong and now I owe 2000 some odd dollars. Now they just disappear without a trace to fix the taxes I filed

They sold me a vehicle that needs 5,800 dollars worth of repairs. The vehicle broke down 3 weeks after purchasing it. The warranty they offer doesn’t kick in until 45 days after the purchase of a vehicle. The worst part is I contacted them for help dealing with the warranty company and I got hung up on told I would get a call back and lied to. This place is unprofessional and extremely rude. I owe 32 thousand dollars on a vehicle that doesn’t run. They need to be shut down it seems as if I’m not the only one they have done this to.

This Bel Air Blvd team was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in getting us financed & making sure i was happy with my choice. The manager gave me a fair price for my trade. Unfortunately I picked the busiest day in the finance world. We were there hrs after closing and this team didn't hesitate waiting for us and on One Main Financial to finish all their steps. Although every step was used electronically and easy I hope I never have to use this financing company again. They were slow and uncaring of our situation. I originally deleted my first review on here because the manager had reached out to me and said they would fix it and I gave my apologies and such and said alright but thought the truck was fine but I reached back out to him again saying the issue is still happening and he left me on read and now the transmission went out. Took it to a dealer and they said they HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW THEY could not see the issues it was having saying it was fine when they were able to diagnose it within 10 mins. So anyway make sure you take your car or truck to a dealer to get checked out and don't make the same mistake I did. The whole checkpoint inspection they claim is a joke. Now I'm stuck with the bill because the manager said he would fix it and dipped out. DONT LET THE REVIEWS HERE FOOL YOU.

These people are 2 faced worst car place in mobile. They act like they are nice in the beginning. Very bad business. I do not recommend going to them; they are just trying to make a quick buck and will sale you anything. They are liars and have bad attitudes in the end. If it’s not one thing it’s another and they make way to many excuses and does not follow their car policy or anything and tries to keep your deposit at any cost. If I could do a 0 star rating I most definitely would.

The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. They were very friendly and didn't pressure us with upcharges that some auto dealerships do. They didn't have the car we bought detailed, so the detailing was rushed. There was barely any gas in the vehicle, so we didn't get much of a test drive either. Otherwise it was a great experience! We got a great deal on a vehicle!

They was nice in the beginning but I should have listened to the reviews before when I saw 2 reviews of them having problems with they cars. I had my car for two weeks and it was my transportation for my daughter and I. It was my daughter birthday and we went to Waterville since I thought I had a dependable car but when we got back it stopped working on me and luckily we got back in town before it stopped. The motor or whatever went out and they said they couldn’t do anything then the warranty I had said they couldn’t do nothing because I didn’t have it for 45 days!

Yesterday my daughter and I left Pensacola and arrived at Cars Plus in mobile . I had an amazing sales lady ; Mrs Tasha . She literally went above and beyond . The whole staff was amazing . The paperwork took quite some time so as we waited they were kind enough to order pizza for those who were still waiting . I was able to meet some amazing people who are now family 🥰 I’ve never felt so at home when buying a car . Mrs D was also really great. My daughter says “that’s her new best friend” . Mrs D now needs to expect monthly phone calls from my child updating her on school 🤣 We love our new ride and we are 100% satisfied with the company we went too . I thank them so much !
