From beginning (helping me with my car I totalled) right through to quickly determining the damages of my new-to-me car with which I hit a deer nine days after buying, and getting the car beautifully repaired, New Country made sure I had correct expectations; then they exceeded them with fast, superlative service. They even returned my rental for me. But the real topper is that they installed the new window deflectors I bought for, but never installed on my previous Forester. Every person in that office is on top of her/his game, personable, helpful, effective and kind. I'm so glad I have my car back! Thank you, New Country!

Carstar New Country Collision Poughkeepsie, stands alone as a top quality professional auto repair center. There isn't a person there that does not exude friendly professionality!!! I was horrified when my car was slammed in a parking lot! A lot of damage. New Country took the ball (car) and ran with it! I had to bring my car in for some body work after a hit and run, CARSTAR New county Collision was one of the verified mechanics through Allstate that was close to me and thank goodness! The people here were so extremely nice and helpful. I'm not from this area, I'm here for school so I don't really have a trusted mechanic or know people for suggestions, but I found one! They were very quick with my car repairs. Everything was done on time maybe a day or two earlier than their initial projection, they were very communicative through the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, like there was never any damage in the first place. The paint match and everything was perfect. It was my first time getting a rental car so they gave me some advice for when I picked it up which was very kind. They also offered to give me a ride to Enterprise, and would drop off my rental vehicle when the work on my car was finished which was incredible. They dropped the rental car off immediately, I got the confirmation email from Enterprise like 10 or 15 minutes after I drove off in my car so helpful and convenient! I'll definitely be coming back, my experience here was so calm and easy, everyone here were kind and super helpful. Also Marlin, was the best part of my visit, I don't know how often he is there, but he was incredibly sweet and welcoming, he deserves a raise and all the dog treats in the world.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car in to have the driver-side doors, panels, and the area over the wheel well repaired and replaced. They quoted me a 10–14 day turnaround, and I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready by day 11. They’re excellent at sticking to deadlines. The work itself was outstanding—the paint match is flawless, and the finish looks amazing. They even cleaned the interior thoroughly, which was a nice touch.
