First time coming to this car and did not have a good experience at all. After going through the wash there were two vehicles parked on the side to which at first I did not realize they were waiting on a spot to vaccum their car after moving forward I realized they were waiting so I also parked to wait on a spot. When we got there there wasn’t an employee monitoring or directing traffic to the stalls. After sitting for 3 minutes or so an employee approaches my vehicle to try and tell me that the two cars behind me are first. I let him know I understand I didn’t realize at first that they were waiting on a stall until I moved up and saw all of the spots taken. He then leaves. Two stalls open and a third one opens which happened to be a handicap spot. I took the handicapped one because it was all that was available and I’m currently 7 months pregnant. I was planning on making it quick anyways and when we got there the car wash was not packed just the vacuum area. As I’m proceeding to back in another employee comes to tell me I cannot park there because it’s handicap. I proceed to move and notice the spot next to me is available. I go to back into the empty spot and she proceeds to tell me I have to wait my turn because another vehicle was a head of me. I let her know that it was my turn. She argues me down and says that it’s not and then ends up letting the guy park in the handicap spot that she initially told me to move from. I go inside and ask to talk to the manager but it turns out she is the manager. She then proceeds to tell me that they monitor the order and that the green car was first then the gray and then I would have been third. Yet the cars were not parked in that order and no one was out there from the beginning to ensure that there would not be a mix up like this. They need a better system, someone should be out there at all times to ensure people are getting their proper turns. Don’t come and try to correct me when I went in the order the two vehicles were parked in. It’s not my job to keep track of who goes next. She could have simply let me park where I parked to begin with since they lacked in having someone out there monitoring the traffic flow. And to all of this the car wash is not worth $20 I’ve paid for car washes in the states less than 20$ that clean your car and leave it shiny including the wheels. My car still looks dirty, wheels don’t even look clean. Looks like I took it through a gas station car wash. Will not be coming here again.

Friendly staff, but overall experience is very upsetting. Partially cleaned car, tires left untouched, mop stains everywhere. On top of that, the vacuum was broken. A waste of money for subpar service.

Having this business conveniently located near our residence is advantageous, however, it can be quite hectic at times, making it difficult to utilize the vacuum for interior cleaning purposes. The cost for a one-time service is $20, whereas opting for the monthly payment of $50 grants unrestricted access to our services.

I found this car wash on Google and saw it had good ratings, so I decided to give it a try. The location is convenient, and the staff at the entrance were amazing—great customer service and very friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the actual car wash was disappointing. It was super quick, and my car didn’t get cleaned well, even though I paid $20.94 (including tax). For that price, I expected much better. My car was quite dirty, and the short time in the wash didn’t cut it. When I went to vacuum and wipe the car afterward, there was limited parking, and it was so crowded I had to wait. Overall, I’m not happy with the experience and don’t think I’ll come back.

It should cost $10 no $20 i have been there 3 times. 1st time i left disappointed and pissed, 2nd i said “let me give them another try”.. dummest thing I did. 3rd time (after a long time no going) i ended up there cause i was shipping my car the next day and this car wash was the closest and i was short on time. I ended up washing it by hand with a waterless shampoo because their machine sucks badly. The only good thing they have is their vacuums.

Price went up to about $20 per wash. Quick, easy to use and many vacuums which are complimentary and easy to use. Drive uo to one of the two machines and choose which type of wash, basic was $10, fancier was $15. Machine took card or cash. Attendant is available is needed. They give you a paper cloth for after wash droplets. Drive into the wash machine. Follow attendant and sign instructions to line car up, then put into neutral and foot off brakes. Drive to one of the complimentary vacuums which have these two arms and two separate tubes to reach each side of the car. The sign says 10 minutes, but they didn't bug you if you went over and wasn't too crowded. You have to press the red vacuum button every few minutes to restart. No quarters needed!

Really quick, in and out in a few minutes. Just don't count on it for a deep clean if your car is very dirty (and have been dirty for a while i.e. stubborn brake dirt on wheels, buildup on car paint, etc.) but a nice quick rinse.

Terrible experience. This car wash refuses to wash your car if they decide it’s “too dirty.” I pay for a monthly membership, and nowhere in their terms did they mention this kind of restriction. Isn’t the point of a car wash to clean dirty cars? Feels like a scam to take your money and then deny service. Avoid this place if you expect reliable service.

Ok, figured I'd give this place a try since I kept seeing the commercial and was passing through this part of the island. Pulled in and right up to the automated pay machine where there was a friendly employee to help me pay and give me a towel to wipe off my truck after I was done. After that it's right into the car wash, now here's where I'm gonna be a little critical; if you're gonna have a guy or gal standing there directing the vehicles they can grab brush and give the wheels a once over. I have a cover on the bed of my truck and it could've used the brush once over as well. So I have a fairly clean truck with almost clean wheels not the end of the world. The other hang up is the blower didn't t really blow off enough water. I had to fly out of the truck and rush to get it dry to avoid the water spots from staining. Thankfully I have all my wash stuff with me and was able to get most of it done in time. Having a dark vehicle with water stains everywhere sucks. For 15 bucks and having the vacuum included as do it yourself is a pretty good deal. The vacuum worked great after myself and the nice employee unclogged the hose after the previous slob left a pound of hair and their kids toys in the hose. Overall I'd go back again

Because my car didn’t really get clean the first time, they let me go through a second time and I really appreciated that. I do wish the vacuum cleaners didn’t turn off as much while I was using them. I have to push the button 4-5 times before I’m done. Maybe extend the time before they turn off..?

I was very disappointed to see that they only had one option for washes and it was expensive too. And then, while going through the wash, the track stopped TWICE and wax or oil or something dripped on my car during that time. For the most part, my car was clean but there was definitely some sort of waxy residue on my hood and roof that wasn’t there before. Also, the vacuums didn’t suck very well. Not my best car wash experience.

Great place for a quick and efficient car wash, I paid extra for the microfiber towel and used that for the final touches on my car. You can get a quick wash and go or pull into one of the stalls and vacuum the inside and/or wipe down the outside.

808 Car Wash is hands down the best and most affordable car wash on the island. The staff is friendly and always ready to help guide cars into the wash and out toward the vacuum stalls, which keeps things moving smoothly. The monthly subscription is only $51, and it comes with unlimited washes, definitely a great deal for keeping your car looking clean without breaking the bank. While the wash isn’t perfect, your car only spends a few seconds inside, and it may not remove everything on the first go, it still gets the job done with a little extra effort. For example, I use my bird poop remover for any stubborn spots, then go back through the wash again, and the second run usually clears up everything. I also appreciate the self-serve vacuums and the designated area to wipe down your car afterward. Just be aware that some people take longer than needed in those stalls, which can cause a bit of a wait. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I still think this is the best value car wash on the island. It’s a convenient and affordable way to maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness, especially if you wash regularly.

We went there for a car wash and vacuum. The staff was very friendly at this particular location. We asked for extra drying towels, and they gave us some because our kids were helping us to dry our vehicles and I thought that was a very nice of them to give us extra And then we went to the vacuum station, which is free. Please keep in mind that the suction of the vacuum is not as strong, but as long as it’s free, you can vacuum for as long as you could clean your vehicle, which is amazing and then they have stalls where you can park at It’s also one way in and one way out I believe this is the second location because the first location is in Kapolei and it’s a lot bigger and I have more stalls there but overall, I can see this business totally expanding because it’s affordable. It’s quick service is easy. The staff are friendly and the best part is not paying For vacuum time which allows customers to really clean the vehicle deeply and it’s very much appreciated. That is the value of this place.
