The shop will nickel and dime you. Took my car to them to fix an electrical issue. 60 miles after getting my car back, the same issue happens. They charged me a $175 diagnostic fee to see what the issue was despite picking my car up less than a week earlier from them. They ended up being unable to diagnose the issue, kept the fee, and sent me on my way without a handle on the issue. Found a better mechanic that diagnosed the issue and got me running! I would avoid this shop unless you know what the issue is before taking it to them. I paid a $175 diagnostic fee for them to fail to diagnose an issue that should’ve been taken care of when my car was at their shop the week before. Two stars because the front desk woman, Tawana, is very nice/patient.★★☆☆☆ a month ago

As a business owner, located in FL, Cary Car Care has provided me with extraordinary service. My partner drove our company car to Raleigh, NC to catch a flight. After he checked the car into a long term parking facility, it would not start. I located Cary Car Care by searching with Google. They helped me identify a tow service to pick up the car and take it to their location. The intent was to have the car repaired and ready for my partner in about a week. However, the day before he was supposed to fly back, he became very ill and has been hospitalized several times. Finally, he is on the road to recovery. Cary Car Care has worked with me through this difficult situation. Everyone I have spoken to has been exceptionally, helpful, understanding, professional, and always polite. I was finally able to arrange with one of our subcontractors, after about a month, to pick up the car and take it to their place of business. The cost of repairs were extremely reasonable. With my partner in KY and me in FL, having never met anyone at Cary Car Care face-to-face, they could have been one of those shops that take advantage of situations. They did not.
