Went to this place for a quick and simple oil change. Instead of draining the car's old oil, they removed the car's transmission fluid. Ended up wasting a lot of time and they caused my new car to have a transmission problem. Have to take my car to the dealership for them to fix whatever problem they caused with car's transmission. Worst part is that they did not have the decency/common sense to not charge me or refund me for all the problems they caused me.

Steve is an amazing mechanic. I had my car towed to him, he call me promptly with the total cost and replace my radiator in 3 hours. Very great price compared to other shops. Very friendly and thorough.

Came here to get my oil change and ended up with a BLOWN ENGINE!!!!! I don’t recommend this shop to anybody! Customer service was horrible when I came to Mr. Kim about this issue, now I don’t have any reliable transportation. Bummmerrrr!!!!!

Ive been supporting this business for YEARS. This is the second time I received an oil change from them and they did not set the setting back correctly causing service lights to stay on in my vehicle. The first time I had to PAY just for someone to set it back properly. I came to the shop to explain to him the issues HIM & HIS STAFF were both very rude telling me Idk what Im talking about when Ive experienced this issue already. He would even take the 5 mins out of his day to attempt to do what I asked. Needless to say he doesn't care he just wants your money. AA please stop supporting this business. As a loyal customer for 6+ years. Im telling you this!

Went there to get back brakes did and they made them worse now my park light keeps coming on, mechanic didn’t how to do abs on newer model cars.. then they tore the skid plate down and cut a hole in it to do the oil change, had to spend 150 to have it replaced.. But guess what? They changed the oil but not the filter ..Mr. Kim very nasty attitude.. Please stay away.. Wish I could give 0 stars..

Absolutely horrible customer service from the owner and service technician.. NO greeting ..No thank you for your business.. and not satisfied with oil change...i can clearly see why their business is slow .. I've been coming to this location on and off for 2 years when I lived in the area... service has lowered to a bare minimum...you've lost a good customer.... please leave the POOR attitude at home ...

I have gone here multiple times for an oil change. The thing I like the most about them is that they’re very quick. Most of the time I’m in an out in 20 minutes. A synthetic oil change is $60. I don’t think I can go back to Toyota for an oil change when they do it so much quicker here!

I usually don’t do this but I’m displeased of how this business treated me. I arrived to get my brakes and rotors repaired because I saw the nice ratings, arrived early, no cars were being serviced. I’m guessing the owner asked what service I needed to be done and he declined without any reasoning. I don’t like writing bad reviews but yea this business definitely deserves one.

Extremely fast and professional! Cheaper than most other places I've been to in the area, too. Clean and not-too-hot waiting area for when your car is being serviced. Only $65 for a fully synthetic oil change. Will definitely be back for my next one 👍 Thanks guys!

Highly highly wouldn’t recommend. I took my vehicle here to be serviced, a run of the mill oil change and the mechanic stole out of my car. He stole out of my arm rest two items and there was absolutely no reason for him to be in my arm rest. The owner was unhelpful and refused to provide assistance in resolving this matter. Claimed the cameras weren’t working.

This is the only place I come for my oil changes. The very first time I came was to get my water pump replaced. Mr. Kim knew quickly what the problem was a quoted me a fair price. I could tell his work was done with fidelity and that it was reliable. Update: something has changed with this oil change shop. Mr. Kim’s energy was off and so was the guy he has doing the oil changes now. The guy finished my oil change and came and asked if I wanted my fluids topped off. I thought this was part of the oil change service, so I said yes. He comes and tells me my total is $10 more than the oil change costs. I asked why and he said because he topped off my fluids. I asked why he didn’t tell me that when he asked and he replied that he thought I knew and that it wasn’t for free. I have been coming here for YEARS. I’ve never been asked about topping off my fluids. I might look for a new place to get my oil changed. I didn’t like the way I was being handled after coming here for so long

I went to get an oil change and emission test. I checked how busy they were on Google and chose the right time. It was simple, get in and handed car keys and sat and wait for less than thirty minutes, and it was all done. The man didn’t even ask me any type of oil I needed, 😅 The service I knew could have been bought and the man whom I talked to could be a new owner, but at least they got nice chairs in the waiting area now(it used to be a hard cheap chair), and I was comfortable.
