This is my favorite and primary gas station of choice! I like particularly that they have 89 Octane gas in their selection. Most places don't. Like the central location as well. Nice bathroom. I assume the women's is nice as well but didn't go in for this review. Sorry!

Vanessa is a cancer to this location. It's 11:50 3/21/23. I went in for a convenient snack. Well I couldn't have been more of an inconvenience to Vanessa, who was annoyed by my presence. Likely because I was interrupting her taco eating at the register. I asked "how was your day" and got nothing. After the transaction, I said "thank you", Still no response. I understand good help is difficult to find these days. But your location and offerings make your store stand out amongst the others. Don't let Vanessa hold you back from being great.

I'm done with this store...... since it became Casey's it is mismanaged....... I was in a line past the donut box and they didn't open a second checkout ..... even though there was another person behind the desk..... I drink diet soft drinks and apparently they are having problems getting the mix correct so when I tried to get a Diet Pepsi it comes out as Cherry Coke or regular Pepsi.... just a little effort would sure go a long way

On 8/9/23 around 10:17 pm, my husband and I could not find a parking spot due to adults and teenagers using the parking lot as a hang-out area, they are NOT PAYING CUSTOMERS. I go to the gas station to get my stuff, the cashier lady would not leave me alone she kept verbally harassing me over the fact my husband was parked in a handicapped spot. I told her multiple time I understand you're doing a job it's will be quick in and out. She kept verbally harassing me while I was grabbing my drinks, she kept repeating over and over you cannot be parked at the handicapped spot you need to move your car. I head up to the cashier she was still verbally harassing me about the car being parked in the handicapped spot while I was paying for the merchandise. I tried to explain to her there was no other parking spot, but she rudely interrupted, yes there is another parking spot we can't have you park there and next time I'm going to refuse your service. I think she could have handled the situation better if she would explain more where she want me to park. I was close to not buying my drinks due to her behavior. I would avoid this area at 10 pm to avoid selective outrage from workers onto PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Gas prices today are .20c higher that the internet price. Internet showed 2.80 I got here cherpest was 2.99

It’s cool and all but the fact that the cashier spoke about her views on “not believing in covid” as she’s coughing up mucus is disgusting and made me want to wipe all my items off with a alcohol wipe. I get people have views but don’t speak so openly about it when customers are present. It’s like not that hard.

Giving it a 5 stars for now just because it offers free air. They have two air pumps, one didn’t seem to work at the time because people were switching to second one during the time I was filling up gas. Gas pump with three dispenser hoses with two for 87 were little confusing at first.

Just marvelous by the concept of the front end of the store was it's like a round counter so whichever Direction's you are is a cash register to check you out great store the lady at the cash register was awesome like I was in a mini Walmart great place I observe why so many racing cars and bikes was outside

My wife and I live 2 minutes from this gas station. We shop there daily. We absolutely love, love, love, Donna. She is so sweet!!! She is very helpful and is ALWAYS in a great mood. We love coming to this location not just because it's close but because of Donna. Bobby is always pleasant as well and always has great recommendations of products we should try. Because of these two employees, we love coming to this location!!!

Tammy is NOT a nice customer service person. I honestly do t think she should be working in a place where minorities come to. She asked what kind of pizza after we stayed a breakfast pizza, she then raised her voice and said "what kind"??? And was continuously rolling her eyes. We did nothing wrong and was not rude or loud in any way. The skin color just rubbed her the wrong way. Will NEVER go back into this gas station and I will definitely make a post letting others know our experience! It's 2025. Equality!!!

Assistant Manager Chris is very rude and does not assist customers. Says he called his manager and then refused to help with a coupon and then ordered me out of the store when I showed the coupon was valid highly recommend going to a different store

This is one of the best Casey's in town! It used to be another type of convenience store, but Casey's bought this one and renovated it - improving it tenfold. The inside is huge, and well-maintained. Their stock is always plentiful, with a new cookie warmer! The bathrooms are newly refurbished, clean, and very pleasant. The staff are helpful as well. Some Casey's are a bit claustrophobic, but this one is spacious and very well-kept - I recommend!

8:30 in Lincoln, ne. I'm on my fourth store and so far I've found 2 very burnt pieces of pizza and a universal response of 15 minutes when I inquire about more pizza. Pathetic......this is exactly why I don't stop there in the morning

I didn't have Casey's rewards, because i didn't know about it, or what the benefit was for me... until One day, when the cashier rigging me up, Donna, actually TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN IT, and actually made it seem worth it! I hate that everyone and everything wants you to download an app, only to see that you don't want it and won't use it... but Donna showed me the app and all the perks in her rewards app... and I was actually excited about some of the specials! 😊 🤗 The fact that she took the time to EXPLAIN IT was all the confirmation that I needed, and now I'm happy to download anther app!!! This has got to be one of the busiest caseys in lincoln. You would think that they would always have hot fresh food ready. The last 3 x ive been in between 8 and 9 am. All the warmers are empty. The 1st the guy was nice and apologized and got the pizza out. 2nd time I waited around 5 minutes. The whole time he was slamming things around and glaring at me. This morning same thing 3 other people were waiting. I asked if bacon was coming out. He stopped and said something happened to my friend and im not in the mood for anyone right now. What a joke. I set my stuff down and left. Also, the management and cashiers are continually rude to everyone. They do not smile. The do not explain casesy rewards. One cashiers makes annoyed noises if you have cash. Are you that busy that you think you dont have to run your store correctly and have good customer service? What a joke.
