I had used them before in their body shop which was okay as such. So I took my truck in for mechanic problem which I was told one week on February 27 . I called after a week and a half then was told working on it give me 4 more days. Now it’s March 21 and I called and told working on it we are behind. At this point I got a ride to their shop and was told again we’re behind give me a few days. I told them that I wanted my truck because it hasn’t been touched after me giving them $500. Cash up front and 3 weeks. They didn’t want to give me my truck and money back so I could leave. Finally I told him I wanted my truck and money or I’ll call the police to handle things. He told me that he wasn’t sure they even had $500. to give me so he went to check and did give me my truck and money to leave. The young lady in the office is very nice and doing her job very well. Over all if you don’t care how long it takes they may be a good shop.

There should be no reason why you’re not taking your car here for any service! They don’t treat their customers like customers, they treat them like family! For over the past 15 years, all my vehicles have been from this shop! When it’s time to service my car, they go above and beyond for my vehicle! The timeframe for my car is the same timeframe at any other shop! I’m not sure what the negative reviews are coming from, but please don’t listen to them. They are a very loving family! Eliud and Roberto are very genuine and welcoming. They are very affordable from purchasing cars to servicing cars. The communication is phenomenal, they also use a text messaging system that will keep you updated with your vehicle and it will let you know when your car is ready. Don’t make the mistake by going off these reviews and not going to them! They will get the job done at a very affordable rate!

This has to be one of the worst experiences with a mechanic I’ve ever had. My family has always went to this shop. When the father was in charge we never had any problems. Now that the son is in charge it has gone downhill. I brought my car up there in February 4th to get the engine fixed. I got it back after like 6-7 weeks. After driving it for about 15 miles the engine started to crap out and I had to bring it back. It was there ANOTHER 6 weeks. The son would never answer the phone and every time I would come up there the father had the most stank attitude simply because I would ask questions and he could never update me on what was going on with my car. Finally got the car back at the end of may and a week later it stopped because there wasn’t any coolant. I find it very strange they didn’t check the fluids to make sure it could run smoothly. All in all, I would never bring my car back and I think others should know if you bring your car up there it will likely take months for it to be fixed and the level of professionalism will be low.

Please don’t pay attention to the negative comments! I have NEVER had any problems with their services! They are very professional, prompt, affordable, understanding, caring and supportive people! If you have a major problem with your car, they are going to tell you how long it’s going to take and the cost up front! They don’t have any hidden fees! I have taken my cars to this shop for years and so have my parents! I have recommended others to them, as well and no one has had an issue! If they are unable to fix the problem, they will let you know…which is very rare! This is the best shop in Dallas to bring your car too!

I'll be waiting tomorrow Mr Castillo This man will promise you to finish a transmission job in 2 weeks. Which is a lie I had my truck in his shop since September 12 it's already October 23 above the due date. Can't make no promises or updates won't even pick up the phone or return your phone call I do not recommend this shop find someone else save your self from the hassle very unprofessional.
