Awful place! Don't go there, charging money for their mechanic hanging around and doing nothing, parts price is very high. For seal change they charged $637!!!!

It's a big mess, with no room to work on the equipment, and they drugging the feet working very slow so could charge you 105 per hr, as much as they can. Will avoid that place at any cost in the future.

Careless and Reckless!!!!!!! I encountered one of their trucks on the road yesterday afternoon. I am not a slow driver however this driver was tailgating me as I entered 595w yesterday at 4:07pm. When he got on 595 and ran out of road he almost sideswiped me. This driver was tailgating everyone and fails to signal and drives as if he is the only one on the road. I can see where road rage comes from. This driver was careless, reckless and is a danger to all.

SCAMMERS!! A family member of mine who was doing a trip down to Florida had an issue with the water pump and the garage charge them $900 for the replacement! They said it took them 7hrs to do the work and charge them by the hour on top of the cost of the piece. This is absolutely ridiculous, they highly took advantage of two yound tourists who unfortunately did not know that most garages chage between $250-400 for this type of work. I called another garage and go confirmation that this type of work only takes 3hrs max. This is not a major change on vehicle. Needless to say to avoid that place at all cost! They sure will be charging you for way more time than they actually spent on your vehicle. The chamber of commerce will be informed of their unethical habits.

Great shop! I called to check an engine oil leak and the lady in the office told me to bring truck in. A nice british mechanic looked at the problem and took care of it. I'll recommend this shop anytime!!! Good job!! Two hours and I was out and about. Thank you guys.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are in the area avoid this shop. I had a truck with a non working heater. They said they are able to fix it, but in 3 hours they did not even find the problem. They did think it is ok to charge for labor with the bill coming up to 390 dollars. When we asked what we are paying for , we were told they are not in the mood to discuss and you have only the option to pay otherwise they have the keys for the truck and we cannot do anything. I have been in this business since 2003, its hard to find good shops, but this is one of the worst, with no customer service and ready to overcharge for basically no work. Obviously the mechanic had no idea how to fix it and the owner thing its ok .

I ran into a pinch when I woke up and my truck was acting crazy I assumed the batteries were either bad or Alternator was bad. I spent a few minutes calling around to get some help every time I spoke to someone there was a long pause and we can get u in in a few days. I called Caskill and you could tell that when the voice answer and. was like just get here we can help you. I made it and the difference was it’s a family owned business where it was all hand on deck I got there and they started working on my truck. While getting the above dissed taken care of one of there mechanics I believe his name was Mike I could be wrong but he very knowledgeable he looked at my water pump and recognized that it was bad and was able to get it fixed all in the same day. All of the staff were very welcoming I highly recommend this place.

This place is popular therefore very busy! the specialize on heavy duty equipment so allot of local trucks come here. They service truck and trailers but they don't service reefers, for that U have to go 2 a dealer. B4 entering office wear mask. They only open during the week, weekends they R closed so plan accordingly, space is limited and they don't have a drivers lounge, because this place is very busy most of their parking lot is an obstacle course so if U need a trailer repair don't bring it inside with your truck or you'll have a very hard time backing out of this place, there is no space to turn around so park in the street and check in, they will tell you what to do after, don't 4get 2 bring your truck or trailer information b4 checking in

Andy the owner is very nice and more importantly very knowledgeable. I have taken many things to them and they are not the cheapest and you probably should take your equipment here if you want to haggle over you bill but they are professional and do the job correct the first time.

Ilene in the office is really really super cool. Super nice lady, knows the industry and what needs to happen, and how to handle everything. Thank you so much!!! And the only other name I heard her mention was Bobby, the guy putting the trailer in the dock then back out on the street for me. He is just way super cool. The guy inside on the forklift, I did not get his name, but again, like Bobby and Ilene, way super cool!!! This is definitely the place to get a rework done. I may just stop in here just to say hi in the future if I'm back down this way.

Drivers if you got a Costco re-palletizer here , take my advice and stay away as far as you can , for 6 pallets they took almost 6 Hours and they charged me $2000 , and finally destroyed my trailer's floor .
