Consider yourself lucky if this place answers the phone. Been trying to get an update on a part for 3 days and they’ve answered once. Half the time they say they will call you back and let you know and they’ve never called back. Terrible

I was came here for delivery. Checked in 7am at the same time i got the dock and the guys took almost 3and 1/2 for unloading. Very slow and after he finsh i asked him BOL and he said go back to your truck and came back to me with BOL after 1/2 hour. Never came back again. 0 ⭐️

Called to inquire about a part on our ac as it was still under a parts warranty and Mike was very uncourteous. I asked a question about a part and he responded by saying, "are you the homeowner? Well then call the HVAC company or just google it I'm with a customer right now." I hope this isn't what customer service as a whole is over at CE but just an example of a bad employee.

OTR: M-F, 730a-4pm. Follow appointment time. When entering facility site from main road, tight turn, narrow cover lane with upright curb barriers. NO Overnight parking. Bathroom available during hours open. S&R next to ramp. Receiving Dock, not marked.

If only I could leave 0 star!!! Of all the supply houses I visit on a daily basis this is the absolute worst! "Sign in on the ipad" they shout so they can stand there and mouth breath for 10-15min before handing you the wrong part more times than not. Just "signed in" and stood there alone in the store today for atleast 10min before the guy that watched me sign in asked why I was there....maybe look at the iPad you force me on before you will help... Save time, money, and hassle go anywhere else you can for anything but warranty!
