I’m thankful this holiday season for Ralph, Owner Operator at Cedillo’s Auto Repair. OC Folks, Riverside County, Inland Empire, LA County— This man saved me a few thousand dollars🎉👏! My 2014 KIA Optima was towed to his shop! The 2014-2016 motors are BAD. Ralph scanned the car but the there was no engine error showing despite the car having next to no oil and having a tune up at a different shop a few months earlier. Ralph looked up my car and found an engine recall. Since the engine error wasn’t showing yet—Ralph replaced the oil and replaced my oil filter with a KIA oil filter and asked to see me in 500 miles so that the engine error would show up—-Sure enough, IT did! Many thanks to Ralph for his integrity! He scanned my car and the flashing error code was the engine failure code he needed. He took care of me and called the dealer for me. Who does that!! There’s no doubt there are many repair shops out there that would have turned their head and charged me for a new motor💪! I have a new Master Mechanic now! Paying it forward—fellas who have special girls in their life…mothers, daughters, sisters, nieces and that special gal of yours—he will take care of her car 🚘 ! Cedillo was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only resolving the issues with our vehicle, he helped us greatly in assisting us to understand what the specific issue is with the vehicle (and therefore coming up with appropriate solicitation). He was very transparent, responsive, and genuine. Definitely the place for a visit if you don’t want to be overcharged other places.

This shop, the owner, and staff deserves more than 5 stars. Ralf has been super accommodating and helpful in a pretty tough car situation I'm in providing his expertise, honest diagnosis and quote. He is very fair and straight forward which is what I need. Especially being that I know nothing about cars, I've always felt like mechanics or shops treat me as such, but Ralf really took the time to help me understand and explain my situation in a way I could understand, move forward with next steps, and not feel like I'm getting screwed over in pricing and service. He is very fair on pricing and truly goes the extra mile to help your situation. I'm happy to have found a local shop I can trust and look forward to their service.

I brought my daughter's Toyota Camry 2004 to Cedillo's Auto Repair in Fullerton today for a last minute oil change, so she could drive back after her spring break is over. You know how college students are, always saying they need something done at the last minute. Ralph and Mark welcomed us in without an appointment, and upon inspection also found that the radiator needed to be replaced. They finished the repairs in no time and offered super reasonable prices. They are extremely experienced mechanics -- you can't ask for more when it comes to an Auto repair shop. Cedillo's Auto repair is the best! 👍

My AC wasn’t working & I didn’t know what the problem was so I took my car to Cedillo’s; the owner Ralph was very polite, professional and more important honest and experienced. So I went to my car dealer to check out an issue with my car. I was told it was a different issue completely and was going to charge an insane amount of money to fix it. I left due to the fact that I wasn't thrilled with the price and result. So I came across cedillios auto repair and spoke with Ralph(owner) about my car issue. I went to the shop we took my car for a test drive and broke everything down to me on what he thought was wrong . He was very straight to the point, very patient, honest, very knowledgeable, understanding and wasn't there to scam you for your money. He fixed the problem and it didn't take 2.5 hours to diagnose the problem. So I highly recommend this auto shop if anyone has car issues

Ralph replaced my fuel line and regulator after doing a diagnostic on my car (which had stopped running during Covid). It’s running without problems now!! You can tell Ralph loves cars, his job, and his customers. He has a million certifications and you can trust him to be honest with you. I also love seeing his dad and son there with him. Definitely recommend this small family business!

Ralph has been a lifesaver. All of my auto concerns and needs were met. For example. I own a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport purchased used in 2018 from the dealership. Rarely driven during the Pandemic. I always took my car to the dealership for all services and the many recalls. I was having an issue with the throttle. I took my car to the dealership for the issue. But they couldn’t find anything. I took it to Ralph. He corrected the issue by replacing the throttle with a factory replacement part. I no longer had an issue. I started having issues with my car starting. I had the battery checked by AAA. They said there was no issues with the battery. I had it jumped so I could get to work. The car died a block away. I started it again and white knuckled it all the way to Cedillo’s. He ran a diagnostic and determined the issue was due to no oil in the car. He did the oil change. Later that evening. I stopped at a traffic light and my engine seized. I had it towed to Cedillo’s. Ralph was still open. The next morning I went to see him. He told me about a Engine Failure Law suit. He printed the document for me. That my car could qualify for it. And also advised me on an “Oil Consumption” testing that was being performed on so many vehicles with the same issue. He had it towed to Hyundai dealership at Norm Reeve’s Auto Center. They replaced my engine at no charge. Ralph is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just a great guy all around. I am always greeted by his son who calls himself the Owner of the company and proceeds to tell you what is wrong with your car. Adorable.

Ralph was amazing, one of the few people I could find in San Diego, Inland empire and Orange County that would touch an in dash A/C unit that wasn’t going to charge an arm and a leg! I drove over 60 miles to take Ralph my motorhome. I was prepared to leave my motorhome overnight if needed, but within 10-15 mins of a quick diagnosis, he Figured out the issue. He recommend a few other things that it needed and got the parts ordered. Ralph went above and beyond for me! Long story short, if you need any automotive work done to cars, trucks, MOTORHOMES, and anything with a motor Ralph is your guy.

Ralph took great care of me when my car's engine started misfiring on me. He was able to completely diagnose my car and described in great detail the issues that I was having and what he would need to do to fix it. He also showed me photos so that I could see exactly what he was talking about. Ralph is an extremely honest mechanic and charges a very reasonable price. He runs a great shop and goes over and beyond to ensure his customers leave happy. Very hard to find somebody who run's a shop as well as he does. I will definitely be bringing my cars back to him and recommend him to anybody needing service!

I will share this true story few days ago. I'm from Central Valley in Modesto and drove my Family on the way to San Diego when my car suddenly had a breaking issue along I-5S @ 9pm. Got towed by AAA and brought to this Nice Shop in Fullerton in the middle of the night and the master mechanic was informed about my situation. I talked to the Master Mechanic Rafael in the morning, and He was without any hesitation to come in on a Saturday morning to fix my car and get it back on the road. I'm truly thankful to what you did help us out and able to drive back safely home here in NorCal, your professionalism and dedication are truly remarkable, it's not only about the job but it's your outmost kindness that truly touched my whole family. My 1979 Honda Accord was having some serious mechanical issues and I was unable to find any qualified Mechanic to work on my Car. That is, until I was referred to Cedillo’s Auto Repair in Fullerton, California and met Master Mechanic Ralph Cedillo. Not only did he offer to work on my Car but he promised to have it running again as good as it ever did. Well, Ralph was true to his word. My Car is now running like it was “Brand New” again because of his hard working ethic and perseverance through some very difficult times. As you can imagine, parts for this Car were very difficult if not impossible to find. The ones that he wasn’t able to locate he had rebuilt or manufactured by one of his many Industry Contacts and the Wiring for a Completely New type of Fuel Pump I needed he did all by himself because he is also a Master Electrician! All-in-all, I’ve never met anyone like Master Mechanic Ralph Cedillo before. Not only is he very personable and friendly but he is completely honest and will tell you exactly what it will take to fix your Vehicle. Nothing seems to intimidate him and he will take on virtually any difficult challenge (which I now know was definitely my Car) because no other Mechanic was even willing to look at it. Cedillo’s Auto Repair is now my “Go To” Shop for both of my Cars now. Having someone who is highly Skilled and Knowledgeable on virtually any type of Vehicle (Old or New) is a really rare find.

I don’t write reviews often but the service I got from Cedillo’s Auto repair was amazing. I had my back brakes done a month or so ago knowing I would have my front brakes done this month. The back brakes worked great. No issues I noticed. Recently I took it in for my front brakes. After front my brakes were installed Ralph took it for a drive and felt a little pulsation in the rear brakes which were done a few months back. Immediately he replaced my back brakes under warranty. So, no extra charge to me for replacing the back brakes. He really does care about the work done. I’ve seen classic cars in his shop. People who invest in classic cars will only go to the best. I highly recommend Cedillo’s Auto repair for any service. Next time my car is serviced that’s where I will go. It’s nice to have a place you can trust.

I am from out of town, but was down the street due to an appointment with a Vet that had really good reviews. I left the vet and my Jeep Cherokee 2015 , decided on the first hot day of the year, to stop working. My elderly dog, that had just come out of surgery, and I were in an unfamiliar city and burning under the sun. I searched up “mechanics near me” and this Cedillo’s Auto Repair caught my eye. I called them and dialed their emergency line and within 15 minutes they came to my rescue from the parking lot of the vet (about 5 mins away). I am truly thankfully for their fast response and for getting us to their shop with AC for both my dog and I safety. Ralph and his assistants were very knowledgeable and straightforward with the prices. Turns out the problem was something my mechanic back home had “fixed” clearly didn’t correctly. Ralph got me in and out quicker than any other mechanic. Best of all, I did not feel robbed like I’ve had been at other places for being a female driver in her 20s. Will definitely be making the drive out to come back to Cedillos Auto Repair again. Super recommended 👍🏻
