Al and Steven are the best! I've stopped by Central Auto Body on multiple occasions and with each visit, it solidifies even more why I keep coming back. They are a trustworthy organization for sure. One time I went to them for a second opinion after Toyota in Yonkers said during a usual maintenance check that I was in dier need of replacing the spark plugs even though my car was running fine when I brought it into Toyota in the first place. Central Auto Body took the time to show me the spark plugs and told me they looked fine and saved me hundreds of dollars! Recently, I went to CAB after someone hit my parked car and they were able to get my car fixed in the time that they quoted and my car looked like nothing happened to it! They were knowledgeable about the whole process since I wasn't too familiar with it. They shared information related to the insurance and the rental car process and it went smoothly! I definitely will keep coming back and would highly recommend!

I honestly can't say enough about Al and his amazing team at Central Auto Body. We have been loyal clients for a decade and counting. We trust NOBODY else as much as we trust Al! We come to him for maintenance, repairs and have had body work done with several of our cars. His work is pristine! Al is always fair and honest. He genuinely cares about his customers and treats them like family. He took very good care of my mom and her little car up until her passing a few years ago. She was so grateful to him. We have even come to Al for advice when shopping for used cars for our kids. He is happy to make time to check a potential car out for you and will never steer you wrong! We are customers for life! My kids have even started sending their friends to Al and his team!

TRUSTWORTHY & AMAZING!!! Al, Steve, and all of their mechanics are the BEST IN WESTCHESTER!!! Unfortunately, I had numerous instances when my 2012 Mercedes ML350 was in an accident. One time even a Westchester Bee Line Bus rear-ended me when the bus slid on the ice and hit me on Central Park Ave. Fortunately, every time my car needed bodywork Central Auto Body made my car look brand new. Everyone thinks my car is a 2024 Mercedes. You would never know that it is 12 years old. I even go to them for regular maintenance. I no longer live in Yonkers, but I still travel from upper Westchester to go to them. As a woman, I am always concerned about being cheated by mechanics. Here you don't have to worry. The Mercedes dealers in Westchester have overcharged me consistently. Look no further, go to Al & Steve especially if you have a Mercedes! My dogs are very happy that Central Auto Body has made my car cool-looking again!!!

This is by far the best auto body shop in Yonkers. I was having issues with my car and I brought it in to get checked out. Al and his team is amazing, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. He answered all my questions and concerns. Being a female and going into a mechanic shop, a majority of the time can be somewhat intimidating. You go in for one thing and the guys like to take advantage of female customers because the assumption is that we don’t know anything about cars. I can say that this isn’t the case with central auto body, I know cars and can say they never once tried to play games or take advantage. Which was refreshing to not have to feel on guard at a mechanic shop for once. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The staff was amazing and they did a great job on my car. Thank you so much you have a customer for life!

When I was last looking for a new mechanic years ago, Central ABC was the only place in Westchester with really good reviews online. It wasn't a mistake. Al will love to show you what's wrong and easily beat the price of competitors (especially dealerships) but with better quality repairs. For some reason the old reviews got lost by Google, so this is a rewrite/update of my old review.

They fixed my CTS a few years ago and did a great job. I'm back again with my car as someone clipped the back while trying to park. They are very accommodating and very nice. It is hard to overstate how well taken care of I was by the people that I trusted to handle the damage that was done to my car. I have never had to deal with this sort of thing before. I was being pressured by insurance to take a check based on an estimate they had made after looking at a picture. It sounded wrong to me, and I was lucky enough to call this particular group of people. They made sure that every single aspect of the damage was accounted for. They made sure I had a ride home after I dropped off the car. They handled my inspection, maintenance, and they cleaned the entire interior of the car without being asked to do so, just because that's how they do things. They kept it safe after NY was hit by two major snowstorms, because I couldn't pick it up right away, and it was an incredible feeling to realize that they really were looking out for me. I feel really lucky. Thank you.
