I recently moved to the area and in need of a mechanic. The good news is that they returned my call in a very timely manner. My concern is how I was spoken to. I explained what my issues were with my car and wanted a second opinion from a local person. The guy I spoke with responded with an annoyed tone, stating that we don't even have an opening for at least two weeks and we don't do an estimate for free. Okay, I asked how long he might thing it would take to "diagnose" the issue, again annoyance "maybe half and hour" and then proceeded to tell me again that there aren't any openings for at least 2 weeks. Perhaps next time an approach might be to say "I would be happy to help you with an estimate in two weeks when we have an availability and the charge would be..." It seems as though they do not need my business and will not get it.

Ernie is a lifesaver!!! I was getting my dogs’ nails cut at a lady’s house across the street and one of my dogs thought it would be cute to lock me out of my car😂😫😫 Ernie came over with his tools and unlocked my car, no damage to the door and no charge. New to the area and already found an excellent mechanic! My Volkswagen’s right front headlight was out and made a loud buzzing noise. Jiffy Lube sent me away at a loss. Central Avenue quickly figured out the issue & fixed it within five minutes, saving me a trip to a Volkswagen dealership, and only charged me $20! I highly recommend this place!
