Para nosotros fue una gran bendición. Nos atendió Sol Alejandra y fue excelente. Lo mejor es poder encontrar un vendedor honesto qué no solo quiera vender y poder escucharle y darse uno cuenta que es sincero, así fue Sol Alejendra. Ese día salimos con 2 unidades. Mi esposo anhelaba su guagua y no le habían podido ayudar hasta que llegó ahí.

I have taken my Ford Bronco BadLand 2021 3 times to be serviced however to this day they have not been able to fix it but rather give me an excuse that the brake sound while in reverse is normal.I purchased the unit in Jan/22 I am somewhat frustrated with the dealer because they do not resolve the issue but rather procrastinate the matter and making it worse. No one gets back to me when I leave messages.

Will not buy a vehicle from Flagship Ford or Bella Group again. My vehicle requires some warranty repairs and recalls. The first hurdle is getting a service appointment. In 11/2023 I got an appointment for 02/2024. After months of wait, once you get to the appointment date it is not to receive service but to leave your vehicle. You are then told they cannot tell you when they will complete work since now they need to assign a technician. Four days later, after multiple calls to the service desk and to Bella groups customer service, I finally get a hold of a different representative that informs me that the waiting time to get a technician to start working is 10 days. I cannot remove the vehicle from the shop or I loose my turn. During all this process I receive texts from Bella Group offering their car rental service. At the time of this review no one can tell me when I will have my vehicle back.
