+ Quick service. - They did not check my car at all. I had to go back to pick up the marbete. They charged me $4 for printing the license. Only accept Cash or ATH movil.

Bring Cash. They don't accept cards of any type. They have a small ATM machine, and I used it. The next thing I know, someone is buying online with that debit card I used to withdraw some money at this place. I'm not saying it was them, but somehow, my information was stolen. Otherwise, the staff is really nice and the service is quick.

At first you know I was feeling mildly dissed because I'm paying cash and no dated receipt was backing up what their phones were translating. Then they got a gal to chat with who clarified they were only re-registering "renewing" my car registration and not billing me for some pass you can get to avoid tolls down certain roads during particular hours. So this team gradually turned one hauli's " frown upside down" and this gringo loves all 3 of them for their dedication and effort .
