UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement. They canceled my rental because the car had been in an accident earlier in the week however no one at Centurion thought about notifying me until the night before my rental date. As a result my birthday plans were completely ruined last minute and I did not have any time to make alternative arrangements since they notified me so late. They could clearly careless. Their standard of customer service is beyond terrible. I highly do NOT recommend them and would go with a more solid company for your car rental needs especially if it is for an important or special event. PS I am still waiting for a refund *UPDATE: They tried to ammend the situation by re-renting a new vehicle to me, only this time they cancelled the morning of the rental instead of the night before. I have attached a screenshot of the text message I received from them the morning of my scheudled rental. Unbelievable.★☆☆☆☆ 10 months ago

I drove by and saw a Ferrari F40. So I stopped by to check it out. The staff there is so hospitable and friendly. They let me take pictures of their inventory. If you are in the market for an F40 they have two pristine examples in addition to some amazing selection of other cars.★★★★★ a year ago

Stella and the whole company is so awesome and so easy to work with. We had their Ferrari and Range Rover booked for a trip in LA but the event we were coming out for got canceled due to weather. They let us cancel the day off and gave back plenty of the payment, very fair. Do not hesitate to work with them, we will definitely be using them next time we are in LA!!! Really bad experience As an Exotic motorsport enthusiast i own exotic cars and i rent also everytime i travel.
