Alex and the crew treated ua like royalty. We had an accident with our vehicle and it needed not only body work but mechanic work. The mechanic the body shop sent our Titan Big Tow 4x4 to (Brandon Honda), was a nightmare! So after the body work was done we moved the truck to certified. They did a FANTASTIC job on our truck. Replaced both leaf springs, both rear shocks, left drive axel and an alignment for a little more than what the charlatans at Honda wanted, just to do the drive axel. The Bible says we will know them by their fruits. Certified is a Christian owned and operated company (not in any of their advertising that I have seen). However, there actions and the way they treated us surely made it well known without having to be told. Businesses like this are the TRUE backbone of our country. Thank you Certified for ending a long terrible situation for our family. You did in a short time what others couldn't get done in a month. The Andersons are forever grateful and we will return for more business and send you a ton more.

Not quite sure what Mr Weaver is referencing below but any time I have ever had car problems, Certified Transmission has gone above and beyond to make sure any issues are handled in a timely and professional manner with the upmost honesty which is hard to find in the auto repair industry these days. HANDS DOWN BEST MECHANIC IN BRANDON AREA!!! My family owns a dealership locally and I can truly say that Pete and Alex have been a great blessing. These are real MECHANICS, not just part changers. They can diagnose pretty much anything, which not many can do. While most shops are trying to rip your head off, these gentleman will tell you exactly what it is you need to get done, for a very reasonable price. We have gone through numerous "mechanics" for our dealer and I can say that after coming across Certified Transmissions, I will not deal with any other shop again. This shop is absolutely the most curtious and fairly priced if ever been to. They work on my personal cars, race car and company fleet. NEVER EVER have i had a mishap at this place. I've seen them work on a $500 beater or a $80,000 Mercedes Benz. I just read some one write a bad review against this business and they should be sued for false information, seems like some one in the same lot decided to bash they great people it's sad that's what it comes to instead of a man to man conversation. Love these guys, visit them and you won't regret it.

I would like to share that Alex my mechanic is very honest and very helpful I'm very appreciative of his honesty as my car broke down and it was the alternator that had a warranty on it some other people don't tell you that you have a warranty but Alex did, and I was so appreciative of that because I was so broke literally and did not have hundreds of dollars to fix whatever I thought in my mind it was going to be but his honesty was like a blessing in the sky and it made me feel so great all I had to do was pay for labor and I was grateful for that thank you for always looking out for the little people and the single women with children who rely on their vehicle.
