Went in for their brake special. Told me it would take about 40 minutes. I decided to get an alignment while I was there. 2 hours. They were done 3 hours later but he didn't do the alignment So it took 3 hours to do a 40-minute brake job they knew I was waiting for . I drove away and shortly realized that my brakes were super mushy. I texted them and they said to come back that they probably needed to bleed the brakes. I was thinking, Yes that's part of doing a brake job. Anyway I came back the next day since I had already spent 3 hours at this point. The guy said it would take 20 minutes. 2 hours later the car was done. The brake job was okayish. So without my commute which was several hours the entire experience was about 5 hours. I'm not giving them a great review because I think forgetting or just not bleeding the brakes is a big red flag. It seemed like the staff was trying to do about a hundred different things instead of just helping each person fully. Not really servicing anybody very well. Not me anyway. Good prices but if you don't know what you're getting you may want to have somebody check their work.

Great value for quick tasks, but recommend watching out for the details. $35 to patch a tire while you wait is super effective. Very popular place to replace it change tires too. Definitely a go-to place for these jobs. However, I recently had some vibrations at high speed and so got tires changed and wheels rebalance. This didn't solve the problem. Took it somewhere else and they noticed the old weights hadn't been removed even on the wheels with new tires (normally you start with no weights).

Want to give them 5 stars. Even though the tire is not repairable, they were willing to put on my spare tire free of charge. That speaks volumes to how they treat their customers.

Overpriced but quick and had the tire I needed on hand and used. $75 for a used tire seems outrageous to me, but maybe it's not so bad for the city-I live in Sacramento and most things cost less than they do iin the city (although I think this shop is in daly City....very close

I just walked in to inquire for a tire replacement, left 30 mins later with a new tire. The wheel also had a dent from the previous owner's accident and they guys just hammered it down for me, free of charge. Definitely coming back to get the rest of my tires replaced eventually.

I got a flat tire today, and the AAA guy recommended this tire shop. When I arrived, they told me my tire couldn’t be repaired and that I had to buy a new one. I accepted that and paid for the new tire and installation, expecting a professional job. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They scratched my rims, over-tightened my wheels, and didn’t even balance the tire properly. I had to go somewhere else and pay again to get the tire balanced and their poor installation fixed. This place is completely unprofessional. Instead of solving my problem, they created more issues and extra costs. I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone who cares about their car!

We needed a tire repaired while traveling through the area. A person recommended that we check at Cesar's Tires. The repair was performed quickly and a quality job. The price was right and we were back on the road in less than an hour.

Cesar's Tires not only immediately returned my frantical call on fourth of July, but also had me come in immediately and helped me on the spot. They installed my catalytic converter shield on my Prius for a third of the price a competitor was asking, and were so nice and helpful about it the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

I had to get an emergency tire replacement here on a Sunday, and they did a great job. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the price was very fair considering the circumstances. They explained my options to me and let me make a choice based on my budget and needs. I would definitely come back here again for more auto work.

Warning to Potential Customers: BE CAREFUL AT THIS SHOP!! I recently had a terrible experience at Cesar's tires. The day before, I had new wheels and used tires installed at America's Tire. The next morning, one of my tires started leaking, so I went to Cesar's to have them swap the tires from my previous wheels onto my new ones. I brought in a complete set of mounted wheels and tires and asked if they could make the swap. They said yes. However, instead of starting by fixing the rear tire with the leak, they removed my front wheels and tires first. Then, they began removing all the tires from my old wheels. After removing the first tire, I noticed they had already damaged my rims. I asked them to be careful, and they assured me they would. But after removing all four tires from my previous wheels, I realized they had dented and damaged my rims even further. As well as ripped into my tires. To make matters worse, they also damaged one of my new 18x12 wheels! When I confronted them, they claimed the tires were too big for their machine. But why didn’t they just say that in the beginning before ruining my wheels and tires? They were using a metal crowbar, scraping and denting not only my old rims but also my new ones. I suggested to at least use a rag or some sort of buffer. I told them I didn’t want all my wheels destroyed, including the new ones. In response, they called their boss, who quickly instructed them to put up a sign stating they weren't responsible for any damage. They mounted only the front wheels and never fixed the punctured one. I had to ask them to at least fill my punctured tire with air before I left. Somehow, I'm the bad guy, and they were upset with me when they damaged my property and didn't want to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, after they removed all my tires from the wheels I brought in, I was left with no spare to use and I still had a flat tire. When I got home, I realized they had ripped off one of the sensors from my old wheels. So now my old wheels need new sensors if I want to reuse them. While I was there they also lost two lug nuts. They tried to claim I came in with only four lugs! But I had seen six on the ground. I insisted I needed six lugs before driving off. I had just gotten my wheels installed at America's Tire the day before, and there’s no way after their final point inspection they would let me leave with an 18x12 on 35-inch tires with only four lugs! The incompetence at this shop is unbelievable. They take jobs they cant handle to just make a buck and when they cant pull it off youre left with the bill. They have poor work ethic and dont give a damn about damaging your property. Instead of stopping when they see something isn't working, they will continue and then tell you that's the way it is. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. During a previous visit for a simple tire rotation, they stripped a lug, and I was forced to have them replace it. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else! You've been warned. I've attached some pics, 1 of how my wheels looked when they arrived(no curb rash or blemish)and how they marred them to hell, with a metal crowbar and their machine. In whose world is this normal and acceptable??

When I discovered I had a screw in my tire with a two year old in my car on a Sunday I drove around looking for someone to fix my tire called 1 million places all corporation such as Midas and wheel works and Firestone. They all said they didn’t have time. I searched in Google and I found Cesar’s tires near by. Great customer service honest, fast affordable understanding and I feel very safe with the work that they did. I couldn’t be happier and now I feel safe driving with my two-year-old thank you so much. I will be coming here . Never corporations again only family businesses like Caesars.

I had a flat tire so I came back to this shop cause my tire is still under warranty. I’ve been back 3 days in a row cause nobody knows how to deal with the warranty, they only know how to sell tires. Finally I talk to the owner and he refused to honor the warranty. It clearly states on the receipt that the tires are covered for road hazards. The owner would not comply and then came up with a story about the receipt not showing that I was charged for road hazards. If their shop had charged me then he would replace it. I expected the warranty listed to be honored without repeated visits and conflicting information. I think this tire shop is very irresponsible and unprofessional!! I will never do business with them again and I would never suggest this company to anyone!!

Very skilled professionals. Solid business, it’s been my 2nd time using some. One of the few places in city that offer good quality used tires. Decently priced and offer some discounts. God thing is they were open right after Thanksgiving day. Highly recommend

My step son brought his car to fix one tire. Tire according to them pop was damage for good. They offer to sell two tires and he agreed. Both rims on his Corvette were scratch by who ever did the work. We tried to get a solution from them and they stated rims where already like that. Then why the only two rims scratch are the one they worked on. the front ones are scratch less . I cant believe that this happens and shops get away like that. The scratches are not even possible from a curve or anything since its so high from the lip. We have been coming here since even before this present owners. This is really irresponsible from this tire shop especially that we take good care of this car and it's a clean car in and out. We will file a complaint since we ask politely if they can fix his two rims. We don't want money we want our rims fix how they were. I will file a complaint with the (BAR) since this is a classic Corvette. Very bad service and we are not people that wanna put our local shops with bad reviews, but this is unacceptable.
