Second time I've taken my work van through here and my van not bring totally washed. I should've taken pictures of the first time, but I was hoping it to be a one off. I even tipped each time. Vacuums work great, though.

Today was my first visit here and I was thoroughly impressed. I paid $19.for the BEST service, which was full wash plus Rain-X and tire protectant, etc. The two guys doing the prewash did a great job as well. I drive a KIA Sorento and usually my wheels are still filthy when I exit other carwashes. Vacuums worked great And I liked that they had clean rags available to wipe off my car. I'll be back.

Well my car is cleaner after going through… but my back windshield wiper is completely broken off. They recommend to tape it down so I let them and when I went to let them know they didn’t seem to care at all and gave my my broken wiper and another piece that wasn’t even to my car… not even a sorry. Just handed it to me and walked away. No thanks never again.

I tested this carwash with my family hauler and it was pretty good. No scratches or dents since they use microfiber cloth.

Funny how they removed my review and didn’t respond to my message trying to contact them. I recently went to your car wash to check it out since I live up the hill. The place was crowded on a sunny Saturday (5/21). Instead of checking out how the car wash did there I drove the 5 minutes to my house. My license plate had been almost ripped off and there was a patch on my hood with scratches from something. I’ve gone through many car washes with and without the brushes and have never had this happen.

Amazing new top of the line high-tech car wash with a drive-thru car wash, for example, similar to what brown bear offers and then vacuum cleaning stations on the side. The owner opened up the car wash for free for a day to get exposure and let customers try out the car wash. This was a great way for him to get the word out about this cool new car wash. Can't wait for it to open!

Went here opening week. Visualy Advertized App still not working for android after changes made mid February Have not tried on Apple. No website to go to. Payed 19$ for top carwash. (Did express my concern for app bot working on phone to get unlimited)Other prices were $15 and $10. Car wash cleaned my car very well.

When I 1st heard they were putting in a car wash I was skeptical that they would be successful. I'm sure the owners are making big bucks off us Monrovians! I appreciate them bc I am unable to wash my car myself anymore due to medical conditions/ limitations. Man these kids are working their tails off in the hot hot summer! I wish I could tip them. I don't know how much they make but I would love to be able to give him a tip!! When I 1st signed up the manager said that they do about 450 cars daily, that's a lot of vehicles!! I have the unlimited middle plan I think it's $31 to go in as many times as you want to go through to was yer vehicle. When you get the monthly it is per vehicle, not household. The computer reads the license plate upon entry. Super easy. Not too bad for wait times considering. The vacuum stations are free with purchase I haven'tused them yet, so.... ok, the photos are of my car. It looks black right? But after my wash n wax by Chain Lk Express Wash, you can see all the colors of the rainbow sparkle, ( one of the reasons I bought my car.) Hugs to my pup Brodie 🐾🌈Mama misses u so much!💔 Update: They take tips, just hand them cash when it's your turn.

Chose the “best” wash and stepped out to vacuum my car afterwards. I discovered several deep scratches on the passenger side of my car, towards the rear wheel well, along with small scuffs on the driver’s side. I spoke with the associate in the office who was apathetic about the damage. I insisted on filling out a claims form, and she was unable to offer a timeline to get a resolution. I said I would call back every few days until resolved, to which she replied she would have no info on her end and I would simply need to wait to hear from the owner. Do not get your car washed here.

Decided to give this car wash a try as I noticed it was new to the area. I am so glad I did, this is the holy grail of car washes when it comes to the area. I LOVE that they thought to put TWO vacuum options for the hoses and not just the wide mouth vacuum only. I love the smaller vacuum tip for down in between the seats etc. High five to whoever decided to do that, this instantly makes you the better option compared to all other competitors. Along with handing out free dashboard wipes at check in. I l also like that there are 2 men when you enter the car wash that wipe down the car and push in your truck mirrors for you so you don't have to worry about that. The car looked VERY GOOD and CLEAN and I was able to vacuum the car and kids car seats VERY well. In all I feel I got my moneys worth and I chose the cheapest option. I will be coming back again, you just gained a repeat customer!

Very quick transactions! Easily in and out during hours. We got the $40 membership with unlimited washes and it has been great. Staff is always friendly, courteous and willing to help. The express wash uses your license plate to recognize your membership so it’s fast and easy. Self vacuums and towels provided at the end to spot clean your truck the best you can. We live in Sultan so it is the closest membership program available and they do a great job! Definitely will continue using their services as long as I’m in the area.

The car wash ripped the weather seal off my one year old mache ev. When reported to the car wash employer just started point out scratch my car saying wasn’t new. He got his manager involved and said nothing he could do. Than the punk kid looked at me smile what hell kind of place is this!!! Car wash from hell where car wash people happy that their wash damaged your car.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this car wash! The staff is super friendly. The car wash and vacuums are great. I love having a local car wash with unlimited washes every month. The wash is big truck friendly and is always super quick to get a wash whenever I need! I also love that they offer towels for use at the wash so I can wipe down my muddy door jambs.

If you have a new car then I wouldn’t recommend going here. The staff there used the brush very hard and it scratched my rear spoiler. Also the automatic brush are not maintained properly it left lot of swril marks on my car. I will never take my car here again.
