Champion auto always books me quickly, is honest and fair with prices! I totally trust their advice when I ask, and the repairs performed on my vehicle. Today I called late in the afternoon with a air leak in a tire. They said I could come right in. It had a nail on the side that could not be plugged. They replaced the tire with a new used tire that had more tread than what I had on there. All at a reasonable price. Start to finish I was there a little less than a half hour! Thank you Champion for always my back with all my auto needs and repairs!

I have had to File with the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Better Business Bureau for them destroying my 2006 Volvo Engine. We are extremely disappointed in how they handled their failed Repair. We tried so hard to avoid this we really did, but they would not accept responsibility for what they did. The heart break this has caused us is enough to write a book.

I highly recommend this place to anyone in Palm Bay. My car broke down on I-95 and I brought my car here off the highway. Everyone who works here is so kind and helped me tremendously and right away to get my car fixed and get me back on the road. As a young girl I always get worried about car places scamming me but not this place. They explained everything that was wrong with my car and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed. They got my car fixed in under three hours and I was able to safely make it the rest of my three hour drive home. I cannot say how thankful I was to fall upon this shop and how fast they helped me. If you live in this area I highly recommend using them.

Very poor experience. Owner is a very miserable old man who doesn’t offer much help. Walked in with a simple request for help with an intermittent stalling issue after having broken down 5 mins away and limped my car into their parking lot. Asked the owner if he could help me out and scan my vehicle for potential causes and he looked at me like I was crazy or trying to pull a fast one over him. He made me wait in his STINKY waiting room and tended to every customer before telling me he didn’t want to have his guy scan my vehicle incase “something happened”. When I asked what would happen he threw his hands up and said “I don’t know but I don’t think anything would happen but you never know” heavily insinuating that I was going to steal his scanner or potentially do harm to his equipment. I will not be taking my car here for repairs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Champion Automotive Car – 1533 George Street NE, Palm Beach, FL 32907 These guys are amazing! I was driving on I-95 when my serpentine belt popped. My family and I are from out of town, and we were stuck. I pulled up to Champion Automotive right before they closed, and the two guys still took the time to help us. They knew exactly what they were doing and got us back on the road quickly. Great customer service and even better people. Highly recommend them!

When I say that I am BEYOND pissed, I absolutely mean that 100%. My tire was flat, and I had AAA come out to put on my spare tire this morning. I get my car to Champion around 9 am this morning. The service manager that was there ( tall guy with tattoos and an orange bandage around his fingers) was super nice. Told me his tire guy wasn't going to be in until 11am. Fine, whatever. I get a call later saying that my car was done, so I go to pick it up. 4pm rolls around and I'm leaving home to get my kids from daycare AND THIS SAME TIRE IS FLAT AGAIN!!! Now, he told me that they had to give me a new tire because my tire frame or whatever was bent from trying to drive on it, so I had a replacement. $67 and a day missed from work later, I'm back waiting for AAA at 5pm. Oh, and when I called back to talk to a manager, a different guy was there. I told him about my tire being flat again, and he laughed. Then proceeded to tell me that if I could get the car back before 530pm, he'd fix it. I'm looking at this tire, and I'm pretty it's the same one that AAA took off this morning to replace with my spare. I ended up with the same AAA guy and he said the same thing, and we both have pictures. **Edit** I was able to get my car in by 6 and he replaced it for me. Told me there was a hole in it. So somehow in the 10 minutes between the shop and my house, I "put a hole in my tire"?🤷‍♀️
