I took my jeep in to the shop for paint bubbling on my hood. The staff were very helpful and so considerate. They inspected my entire vehicle and found bubbling in areas I didn’t even think to look. It is seldom that you receive service that exceeds your expectations. The exception is the champion auto body shop on 9827 E. Grand in River in Brighton manager, Tom, Stanley, and Chad and his talented team of body technicians understood that we needed a quick turnaround for our jeep that had been damaged in a minor fender bender. Tom and crew helped us with the insurance squabbling, and had the jeep fixed in record time. Thanks for saving our vacation.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Took my challenger in for warranty work. They did the oil change and ordered a new radio. The only updates I received were because I called them. I purchased this car from Brighton Chrysler along with a tire warranty. One of my tires had a big tear and needed to be replaced. They kept my car for a month!! Never offered me a loaner or any updates. I got tired of waiting and brought my car home. I took the car to LaFontaine and it took them 1 day to replace all 4 tires!! They came to my house, picked my car up and bought it back to me.
