Chalice was great! I was Approved within a few hours and she gave me a run down of what I was looking at. Came in and picked up my new FJ less than a hour in and out. So, a few months ago I was on the search for a Ducati Panigale V2. I first went to Go Az which is another motorcycle dealership here in Arizona. I went into the store to inquire more information about the bike I wanted. I was in the store for sometime, and no one came to see if I needed any help. Eventually I had to go ask for a salesman, who then seemed not interested in talking to me. I was willing to purchase the bike and the salesman said he would give me a call back, which he never did. After trying to get a hold of them I never got a return phone call. So, I decided to look on the internet for another dealership that was close to me. This dealership was Chandler Powersports, which I went to the following day. When I first walked in I was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed any help. I told them the bike I want and they directed me to speak with Tanner who is the sales manager at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Tanner even gave me his personal phone number so I could reach out to him with any questions I had. I went in to the dealership the other day to get the paperwork done and it was quick and easy. What I liked about this dealership is there were no hidden fees that they threw on the last minute. I got a great price on my bike and would highly recommend this dealership. If you're going to do business with this dealership be sure to ask for Tanner!

This is a great spot to get a bike, and good people too. They actually inspect and reconditioned the bikes they sell unlike every other place. The prices are great and you'll get what you pay for. You'll leave there confident and without buyers remorse. I'll only go there when getting a bike from now on. They service bikes too and the quality is also top notch. Can't say enough good things about this spot.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Keegan and Chalise are some of the most kind polite people you will ever meet. Their service is top-notch! I don't trust my bike with anybody. Keegan has earned my trust over the years and has proven to me he cares and his attention to detail is impeccable. I have been riding sport bikes for 30 years so like I said, you have to be amazing to touch my bike. If you're sick of the runaround with the dealerships and being overcharged for subpar work give these guys a shot. I promise they will not let you down. Be sure to tell them Jay sent you.

Excellent service and very friendly, took my 99 heritage in for a fluid change and they let me know of other issues I had on the bike free of charge. They did let me know my drive belt was loose and asked if I would like them to do it while they had it which I agreed, that and the oil change was under 200$. Overall awesome shop and would recommend taking your bike here

I bought a scooter from them last year and realized I didn’t leave a review. It was a great experience. From start to finish. Recently I needed a rear tire. I called chandler Powersports first. Best price and get me in fast. I had the scooter towed there was the biggest headache. Scooter got there before closing and was done by noon the next day Great experience. My bike came back to me better than when I dropped it off, what more can you ask for? Every staff member I ran into was awesome. I dropped my bike off for a tire change, I had help unloading it from a truck, dude was awesome. And when I came to pick it up I was running late, and they seemed happy to help me when I arrived right at 6pm. They also adjusted my chain. Great people, I'll be coming back.1

Brought my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan in to get a rear tire mounted. I was so impressed with the level of service. They went above and beyond adjusting my shift lever to work more smoothly and fixed a latch on one of my cargo mounts, totally free of charge. Their suggested flush of my brakes fixed the feeling of my soft brakes. I was really happy with the service at this shop.

After several bad experiences with GoAZ, I wanted to find a new shop for my motorcycles and Vespas. Luckily, someone recommended Chandler Powersports to me years ago. My loyalty has been with them for some time now. Kegan and Chalise are the best!! They are always very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. As a co-organizer of a large scooter club here in the valley, I always recommend their shop to all our members. Chandler Powersports is always willing to ensure everything is done right. Excellent service from a top-notch shop and crew! Luckily, we have a trustworthy alternative to the big motorcycle shops that seem apathetic towards their customers and their bikes.

Customer service is good. Went here to look at some inexpensive dual sports. Well, I ended up leaving with one. After tons of reviews I pulled the trigger and after one summer ride near Lake Pleasant, the crank case was slowly drooling oil. Took it back and in no time they reviewed, diagnosed and tightened the slightly loose crank case cover bolts. No leaks. The drive all the way back to Chandler from West valley cost a star. The Bashan BSR surprisingly handles all the AZ trails just fine, and keeps up with road traffic. Don't plan on jumping large ruts as this is for moderate trail riding and exploring. If want to destroy your dirt bike, spend 10x more and get a name brand, then spend 10x more on name brand parts.

BEST local shop in town hands down! Father and son owned shop and the perfect duo for getting any job done. I've had all 4 of my bikes serviced here for numerous things..oil changes,new tires,tuning,pick up and delivery when they have broke down. I refuse to go anywhere else like ride now who is a straight rip off! I love to help out local mom and pop shops who can stand and fight the big competition.
