Brought my 2020 Silverado in to inquire about a lift and tires. The sales rep seemed to be disinterested. I acknowledge I am no expert and asked a few questions, but in my experience, I have found most sales reps are eager to assist and find the right fit to make the sale, and that wasn't the case here. Before leaving I asked, "Do you have any suggestions/recommendations?" and the rep said, "Nope," so at that point it was evident my business was not wanted. I did some homework prior to my visit and heard this place does great work, so my one sale probably doesn't mean much to them, just disappointed in my personal experience.

Dom helped me out and answered all of my questions and calls without any issues. Service was fast and efficient from start to finish. They do have a $25 return fee per wheel if they have to special-order them and you decide to return or exchange, which I think is fair. They also offer free tire rotations every 5,000 miles and free tire plugs, which is a really nice bonus. Overall, solid experience and great customer service.

Hands down the best place to get a lift / tires / Rims! First of all Omar knows his stuff. He will guide you on what setup will work for your situation and what will not work best. He has put 3 lifts on for me in the past 2 years. Every job had been great. And i shopped around for a while before i found this company and NO ONE will beat their prices. He just put a 5” lift on my 2026 ram 2500 HD and installed automatic airbags in the rear with onboard compressor… very happy.
