If I could leave zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for my 1998 C5 Corvette due to a crank-no-start issue. When booking the appointment, I provided the VIN, year, and make of the car, and received a confirmation with no issues mentioned. I had the car towed in—an extra expense—only to be told upon arrival that they wouldn't work on it because it was "too old." This information could have and should have been communicated before confirming the appointment. They didn’t even look at the car. I had to call the tow truck again and pay another fee to have it brought back home. This was a complete waste of time and money. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Avoid if you own an older vehicle—they clearly don't value your time or business. To reply to the owners an apology does not reimburse my time or money on having the car towed to and from ... you wasted my time and money ...

I visited this dealership because my backup camera was not working. It was determined the software needed to be updated. After four days and multiple attempts to contact the manufacturer, the software was finally updated, which took six hours! During the entire process, Tracy from the service department kept me informed of what was going on and constantly apologized for a situation that was completely out of her hands. She was always professional, kind, respectful of my time and informative. Also, Tina the courtesy driver was kind, polite and professional each time she gave me a ride home. Painting a false narrative shows what type of business you guys run and why the aggression came from Bethany and Colby in collision. Maybe you guys should reconsider professions since professionalism is not a part of your vocabulary. Both parties know the video surveillance shows the true altercation and anybody I know will not be bringing any business to this company. Instead of playing victim maybe you should listen and do things right the first time to avoid things from escalating, not taking pictures pretending to fix an issue and blaming an adjuster who does not fix repairs. Plenty of proof can be provided, liar is not a part of my name!! ^_^

I absolutely love this place. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. One in particular is Tracey. She is efficient, transparent and gives that sweet southern hospitality to everyone that walks in. Not only did she addressed all my questions and concerns , she kept me informed about my purchase agreements and communicated with me about my repairs from start to finish. I will highly recommend Winter Haven Chevrolet and Tracey to all my friends and family. Each visit I have the pleasure and privilege of working with Ms.Tracy. She is professional courteous knowledgeable and patient. My fiancée, my four kids and I all came to Florida on vacation to our surprise one of my batteries for my truck stopped working. Tracy Lomba took care of us gave my kids snacks and drinks 🤣 the kids were so happy. The experience was amazing. Tracy welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She was so kind and understanding .
