I roll into Lakeland at least twice a month. The time of this posting petro running at $3.17 average. I need not write once I exited mile marker 32; $2.99 for petro, a deal I could not pass. What I could see? The place was clean and orderly. I've been back since the $.32 per gallon rise in my neck of the woods. The Chevron was $.04 cheaper. There's a Mobile next to the Chevron; same or near pricing. If you can find cheaper quality petro in Lakeland; buy it. As for me? Recommend do not pass.

Water contamination in gas. My car requires 91+ octane so I came here for 93. No previous issues with my engine. Immediately my engine dies within 3 stoplights. All day issues with my engine stalling after getting this gas. Never again. There is a reason why this gas is cheaper than anywhere else in the area & that's because it's contaminated. We are going to make a report to Polk County.

Pro: Convience! This is the first station off interstate. Con: As of October 3rd, 2024, they no longer allow fills with cash unless it's exact change! This is either a new policy or the attendant does know how to do math. For context, I've been filling up here 2-3x per week for the last 1.5 months when coming to town for work. Don't fret, as there is a Mobil next door that runs the same prices most weeks.
