I had an awful experience with this paint and body shop. My car had major damage to the quarter panel and minor damage to the front bumper. Initially, they quoted me for repairs and mentioned it could possibly be 15% or 20% more (I can’t remember which one). They claimed I needed a new headlight and a complete front grill, which was absurd since neither was damaged, and I have before photos to prove it. They even suggested totaling my car. I decided to pull my car from them because I couldn’t trust them. Later, I was informed that one of my headlights was cracked, and I’m unsure how it happened, because it was not part of the original damage. They also tried to charge me thousands more than the original quote, far beyond the 15% or 20% they initially mentioned. It was in addition to the first quote and labeled as a "supplement quote." It took them over a week to inform me of this. I thought they were handling things, but they were not. They were not timely with repairs and did not prioritize my situation, leading me to question their customer service approach. I would not recommend them to anyone.

One of the service guys lied on three occasions of when my truck would be ready. Been there almost a month. This josh guy seems to have an attitude of so so. He is not customer friendly. Alfa cut the rental off last Friday. Been walking ever since. Now he says Thursday at the earliest.

My wife’s Honda Odyssey was involved in a minor accident. When I went by to get the repair process started, I was happy to see Chico walking out to help. It has been probably 10 years since I last did business with them and I wasn’t sure if Chico was still involved in the day to day stuff. Chico is super knowledgeable and was very helpful during the whole process. He knows his stuff and it shows. He and his team (Josh) made the repair process smooth and quick. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They will get the job done right and in a timely manner.

Chico’s Auto is the BEST! I had a mishap in my own driveway and my car took the brunt of it 🤦‍♀️. I filed insurance and immediately said I wanted it to go to Chico’s, and here is why! When insurance had a problem getting a tow truck to me in Elmore County, Chico made it happen. I was informed of damage and repair cost the next day. Josh and Chico kept me updated with each step of the process. When I picked my car up it looked brand new! I am extremely pleased with the professional job done and the customer service was top notch! I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them! Chico’s will be our go to Business from now on!

Terrible communication with the front desk to back room. The man upfront does not seem like he wants to do his job. He gave no phone call to let me know when the parts arrived nor did he call to let me know when my vehicle was finished. Spoke to the people in the back and they got things fixed real quick. Like what a pathetic human being in the front. I wanted a new part but I got a old recycled part instead. I was not told it was going to be a recycled part even though we requested a NEW part.
