This shop gave me the run around for weeks. Car was supposed to be finished a week after it was taken to the shop. When I contacted the shop, they said it would be ready "tomorrow". This happened everyday for 4 weeks. They always had a different excuse as to why my car wasn't finished. The day I came to pick it up, it still wasn't finished. They tried to send me back home in one of their cars. When I finally got the car back, they didn't even fully repair it. My AC had stopped working (they unplugged some cable and it was still working when it was taken to the shop) and they told me it would take 10 minutes to get cool. But it never did, so I was forced to drive an hour home with no AC in the summer. I had to visit another shop to get it working again. And my windshield wiper fluid reservoir (which was part of the repair) was still broken. My motor shakes when I hit 50mph as well (they removed my motor completely and reinstalled it as part of the repair). Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience, and I would avoid this place at all costs.

I’m not usually one to leave a review but I am so impressed with the work done by Chico’s. I’m by no means a car person and have been previously burned by auto shops who have taken advantage of my ignorance regarding repairs. Jason Perrett went above and beyond to insure I was aware of what repairs were happening, at what cost, and the time it would take. His professionalism and kindness exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined from any business, especially considering just how in demand they are. I cannot thank him enough for stopping his busy day to take time to walk me through the process and help me communicate effectively with my insurance. Repairs to my car were done well, on time, and I got my car back looking absolutely perfect. I am so thankful for the team at Chicos and cannot recommend them enough.

I have a Mazda that was throwing codes and no one could figure out what was wrong until I took it to Chico’s. Rachel and Jeremy were amazing, they were so understanding of my situation and made me feel like they really cared for me as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone. I had been sideswiped by another vehicle. Tore up the passenger side of my car. Chico's did an amazing job of repairing it! Can't tell any damage had ever occurred. They were also quick. The estimate was done in an hour. The work was completed in 10 days. They're also very polite, which I find important. Very professional every step of the way.

I had an awful experience with this paint and body shop. My car had major damage to the quarter panel and minor damage to the front bumper. Initially, they quoted me for repairs and mentioned it could possibly be 15% or 20% more (I can’t remember which one). They claimed I needed a new headlight and a complete front grill, which was absurd since neither was damaged, and I have before photos to prove it. They even suggested totaling my car. I decided to pull my car from them because I couldn’t trust them. Later, I was informed that one of my headlights was cracked, and I’m unsure how it happened, because it was not part of the original damage. They also tried to charge me thousands more than the original quote, far beyond the 15% or 20% they initially mentioned. It was in addition to the first quote and labeled as a "supplement quote." It took them over a week to inform me of this. I thought they were handling things, but they were not. They were not timely with repairs and did not prioritize my situation, leading me to question their customer service approach. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Chico’s Auto is the BEST! I had a mishap in my own driveway and my car took the brunt of it 🤦♀️. I filed insurance and immediately said I wanted it to go to Chico’s, and here is why! When insurance had a problem getting a tow truck to me in Elmore County, Chico made it happen. I was informed of damage and repair cost the next day. Josh and Chico kept me updated with each step of the process. When I picked my car up it looked brand new! I am extremely pleased with the professional job done and the customer service was top notch! I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them! Chico’s will be our go to Business from now on!

My wife’s Honda Odyssey was involved in a minor accident. When I went by to get the repair process started, I was happy to see Chico walking out to help. It has been probably 10 years since I last did business with them and I wasn’t sure if Chico was still involved in the day to day stuff. Chico is super knowledgeable and was very helpful during the whole process. He knows his stuff and it shows. He and his team (Josh) made the repair process smooth and quick. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They will get the job done right and in a timely manner.

This place wasn’t professional at all. Tried telling them what I needed when they asked only to basically be ignored and have all type of pictures and information to be taken of my vehicle soon as I started talking. None of my questions was being answered . Then they come out with an outrageous estimate with services that I didn’t even need like literally didn’t need 90%of what was on that paper. This place is only good for overcharging insurance company’s not for regular body work. Don’t bother.

They earned five stars from me now. The work they did was fantastic and even when I had a small rattle, accident related, after the job was done they went back and fixed it. I honestly couldn't be happier other than not having been in a wreck to begin with. I hope I never have to use a body shop again but I would definitely go back to this place

Hello everyone let me start by saying I have never heard of Chico’s before 5/5/22. My car was hit and messed up pretty bad. Insurance company recommended me going to Chico’s. They did an absolutely amazing job on my car! If you are looking for an auto collision shop go matter of a fact run over to Chico’s. My 21 Camry looks brand new you can’t tell where it was hit at. They was amazing they called to keep me updated on the repairs and all.. Thanks Chico’s auto collision center for a job well done.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire repair process. I was given timeframes that were not met, and I had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates. The repair took far longer than expected with little to no explanation. I understand delays can happen, but lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I wish I could get it even lower!!!!! Went to have a bumper repaired and come to pick it up it will not accelerate nor back up!!! Was told it needed a TCM AND TRANSMISSION????? So now I have a new bumper and no car!!!! Just be advised I have not had any problems, no indication notices or any of that ! Oh but first we drove the car 45 minutes to get there flat tire with a hole the size of a fist in it!!!! I’m also told maybe it’s the mileage and it just happened to need all of this while it’s been in that shop??? For over 3 weeks? Rest assured I’m not finished with this!!!!
