**** 4 years later, still loving my updated windshield :) I needed my windshield replaced desperately. They gave me a good price when I called. They came to my house the next day, and in less than an hour after they showed up, I had a new windshield on my car. Very clear communication, they do what they say they will do. You get quality parts, and they don't try to up-sell anything. Very nice in today's world that wants to up-sell everything. The replacement comes with a warranty, and a free ding repair. I'm hoping I never need either. All in all a great experience.

Did a great job putting in my windshield; but few days after I went to use my windshield fluid to find out no fluid was coming out. Check under the hood windshield fluid was full but the connection was broken. Contact the company and sent pictures and all they say was sorry we didn't connect the hose. No saying that they come out to fix the problem.

After having a bad experience at another local glass shop over the course of 2 days, I decided to search for another glass shop that was a little closer to me in El Cajon. I am so glad I stumbled across Chief Auto Glass and I saw they had amazing reviews with customers. I called them late in the day, they took my call and were very helpful and said that they could get the glass ordered and delivered that night and would be able to install it first thing in the next morning. These guys are the real deal: excellent craftsmen and proud of the work that they do. You can see that they take pride and every installation. They use the best aftermarket glass (Pilkington not fuyao), and they're both certified glass installers by Dow Automotive.

Excellent service and care! My passenger window was completely cracked and Nick came out and fixed it within 5 minutes. The new window had a grease spot that wouldn’t come off and the next day Nick was back and put in a new window. I will absolutely be using their services in the future.
