I am so grateful to have found this amazing place! I called safelite on Saturday morning after my windshield was vandalized earlier that morning they told me they wouldn’t have anyone available to come out to me until Tuesday at about noon. I work an hour away an would’ve had to miss an entire day of work plus a half of day on Tuesday. Then I called and got the privilege of speaking to SEPHRAH she was great and very very helpful. Even though they couldn’t come out Saturday she gave me great confidence that the service would be the best for the best price. The other 3 places including Safelite told me I would’ve had to pay my $500 deductible minimum. She got a great price for less than $400 including taxes and a warranty. After my stressful morning I finally felt some relief. Then today Monday morning I got a call from Steven before 8am letting me know he was only 25-30 minutes away. He pulls up and gives me the great arrive I’ve had since choosing this place but in person. Along with him was another guy I didn’t get his name but they were fast and efficient. I really appreciate the great service all around and would recommend to friends and family in the future. The first two are they’re work and the last one is what I walked out to at 3am Saturday.

Thanks to Austin and his team at Chips Auto they made this as painless as possible recalibrated and installed my windshield for about 300 less than the competitors . Excellent customer service and very professional thank you Seprah for getting back with me so quickly. The other guys were gonna take 3 hours and had to drive an hour to get there . I was surprised that I was able to meet them at the local tire discounters location. I think the entire process took less than 30 minutes, including small talk with Austin, the technician.
