I have had to have my car repaired twice in one year (unfortunately). These folks are amazing. Anyone walking in the doors to a collision center is having a bad day and they were SO kind. Particular shoutout to one of the women who works at the front desk, who was extremely helpful always. And one of the assessors/lead repair people who spent 10 minutes of his lunch break helping me get my giant rotating car seat unfastened. Highly recommend! My car looks like new.

The attitude of woman in the office sucks she's rude not professional she thinks she's more than anybody else the work is lousy the don't know what there doing you bring in a car to be fixed and it takes 3 weeks then they go and drop the car off with all the parts remove from the car including the headlights left on the passenger seat stay away.

Just picked up my 4Runner from the shop. It was a small job but they communicated incredibly throughout the entirety of the vehicle being there. Text message updates are A+. The truck was cleaner than when I l brought it to them. I had some tint recently removed and had not removed all of the glue residue, choice collision removed it all for us without us asking. Highly recommend.

I was hit in a rear end collision that pushed my rear bumper down and bent my frame. Choice Collision handled the details of insurance and a rental vehicle so all I had to do was to bring in my truck at the scheduled time. In just over a week, my truck was repaired and looked better than ever. They had washed and vacuumed it very nicely and I am back on the road. I hope not to have to go to a body shop again, but if I do, it will be Choice Collision Center. Nice people, great repairs, can't ask for much more.

I came in during my repair and told them I needed it done by the end of the month as I was moving- while this was not a part of their timeline they made sure to get it done on time for me to not have to come back to get it after moving. I had a great experience working with Choice Collision Center. A tree branch fell on my new car during one of the snow storms and did some decent damage to the front end. I was worried that the car would never look the same but I was amazed by the quality of work. The car looks just as good as the day I got it. The staff were phenomenal! They had the rental set up for me and waiting at the shop when I dropped off and communicated perfectly throughout the repair process giving updates as the repairs were moving along. Also the car came back to us fully detailed and looked brand new again! I can't say enough great things about them and would recommend them to anybody! I hope I don't need to see them again but I know where to go for any auto body repairs!

Choice was able to repair a significant scratch that ran almost the full length of my Tacoma. I was told that it could take a couple of weeks because they were very busy due to a storm that dumped a foot of snow in the area. It only took a week and a day before I got the call that it was done. The work/repairs that were done are excellent and the truck is three years old but when I saw it it looked brand new again. On top of that the truck was as clean inside and out as the day I bought it. Brian and Lauren were personable and professional. Top notch company. It’s a no brainer to give this shop five stars. I highly recommend Choice Collision
