Biggest mistake ever made by myself! Few years a go I went to this Dudes called Chris & Charles Shop with my Clk55 Amg for a full tune up,and for a insurance inspection to replacing the racking pinion on my car due to a small accident, So the insurance paid for a brand new racking pinion, and some others power train parts which was damaged,plus alignment,& labor, do you wants to know what this thief Named Chris did? He spray painted the racking pinion,& never replaced,and besides that, He charged Me for a whole bunch of parts which doesn't had nothing to do with the tune up which they supostly exchanged on my Car without my autorización,So when I asked for the old parts removed from my Car, like all thief does, Greedy Chris started to runs out His Big mouth,& trying to intimidating Me,So. He said that,The Mechanic already dumps the old parts. But He is so retarded, that He don't even know,That Amg parts,you must order at the Benz dealers, I did brought Him all my parts to be replaced! So, since I didn't had time to waste, I went straight and asked Him for the Benz dealer parts's receipts,& asked Him what I had to do, to get my Amg parts so fast next time? He maybe thought I was a ignorant! So,then He changed the Channel! Hahahahaha! He went back out to the Mechanic,& came back to Me with apologies,& blaming the employe for giving Him the wrong car information,& whole bunch of lies,Ok then I took my Car and droves out,So while I was speeding on the highway to see how good job has they donned,here I go again with exactly the same racking pinion problems,next day I went back to Him,& so,So for about 3 times on which supposedly He was adjusting the racking pinion, and bla bla bla,at end I end up calling back the insurance Guy again,& He sent Me to another Benz Mechanic who took Me under my Car while on the lift,and shows Me how this Punk was stealing from Me,& the insurance spraying painting the old racking pinion and trying to makes it look new! So I took pics, and makes a video of it, and called back few days after speaking with a lawyer,& recorded His conversation while He admitted That He lied since the beginning,& He did gave Me back some of the cash He stolen from Me, and lost the trusting from Geico insurance to bring their cars to His Shop!!

They did really good work, but the also conned me out of extra money. That last part did NOT make me want to return with my business - at least not without researching other mechanics first. I guess it's just a hazard of not being mechanically inclined.

It's sad that I have to be excited about a mechanic being honest. But sadly so many of them will rip you off if they have the chance. Not these guys. Not only are they honest and fairly priced, but I've never been back for the same issue twice. When they fix something they fix it right.

I've been taking my 2011 Toyota Rav 4 to Chris since my daughter gave it to me in 2016. He does all my oil changes when needed, and my yearly inspections. He also does my breaks and is very professional yet friendly. Chris and his brother Charlie service domestic and foreign cars and I highly recommend them.

They would rather EARN business that lasts for yrs, then rip off 1 customer just for money. With repairs needed on all cars, we all want a mechanic we can trust! They have enough business over 40 yrs, they certainly don't need to sabotage your vehicle to keep you going back. Get yourselves a true checkup, reg maintenance, then drive safe for many yrs. Had my Toyota 23 yrs, till I had a situation, that I let the car sit too long. RIP. Parts alone, would cost more than value of the car. They keep me safe 24/7/365! All cars welcome! I honestly can’t describe how truthful and great Chris and Charlie’s shop is I brought in my BMW 20 2330 with a rear axle leak which other mechanics could not fix for me. Turns out it was a major problem they gave me a reasonable price with great parts I would say they’re quick but as well reasonable to taking care of your car, the way you would love it to be taken care of would highly recommend to anyone.
