I purchased an Avalanche thiwhich I saw at Goodnows Service shop. I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT !!! I wanted a TRUCK for a while and I finally found the perfect match 😊 Eddie, the service manager, and Joe, the mechanic did a bang-up job getting it ready for me. Service went 982 extra miles for me and I will be going back for my routine maintenance, etc. I might even make them an Apple Pie !!! Mackintosh, no less 🍎🥧🍎 Many, many stars, guys. A few months ago my car lost a tire on the highway and I brought it in to these guys and they were incredible. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what it would cost and got the job done within 2 days. They are extremely timely and honest. Being someone who does not know cars well, Billy made sure that I thoroughly understood what the problem was and described, in detail, what he did to fix it. Bought a car from Chris Goodnow Auto Sales and the rough winter caused the calipers in my back breaks to freeze. They got me in to see Mark at the service center right away and though some of their service was not something covered under warranty, the next afternoon I had my car back with new back breaks and everything fully taken care with my breaks and everything running smoothly without paying a dime. Chris Goodnow is the most honest and genuine person you could work with if you’re looking for an affordable used car and it is apparent that the incredible way he has with people is contagious as Mark at the service center was also just a fantastic guy who was doing whatever he was able to in order to help. They really know how to do business and bring immense value to the customer whenever possible. They really look to take care of you and it is just so rare these days. These people are the best and I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

So much I can say about Chris and his guys, but I’ll try and be brief. I bought a truck from his dealership at a steal of a price, 2,000 less than the book value. Had the truck for about two months and the abs light came on. I called him directly and he worked with my schedule, took care of all the issues I had… free of charge for me, $2500 on his end. But that’s not all, he filled my tank and dropped it off at my house because I wasn’t around to receive it. Really can’t beat the personalized service and care that Chris and his team bring to the table. I’ll be a repeat customer of Chris Goodnow’s for years to come. Thanks so much

Extremely friendly and helpful mechanics. Everything that was promised to be looked at and repaired was looked at and repaired. The reason for the 3 star rating is as follows, a portion of the vehicle that was repaired was not properly secured, requiring extra servicing on my end. (Photo attached) Secondly, I was assured that my vehicle would be looked at the day of drop off but the vehicle had not even moved after 4 days being at the shop. (That being said the vehicle was dropped with no prior notice or appointment) but all in all. Not a bad experience.
