Absolutely wonderful people to deal with! You walk in and the lobby is like a doctors office, you are offered coffee, fresh baked cookies, snacks and greeted by a friendly staff. Not only do they do excellent work but they live by their principles! These are the best people I have ever found to work on my 2004 Lincoln Town Car! They do offer shuttle service if needed.

Great service on the car but also outstanding customer service.Greeted you like they were glad you were there and when I had one small glitch and had to return the next morning they were kind and fixed the issue for the small thing it was not making a big deal. They also quoted me a service for a much more reasonable price then the dealer which I will be returning to have done

Christian brothers was a recommendation from AAA and that was the best decision I made. The report on my car was extremely detailed showing me everything that was working great on my vehicle but also things that could turn into a problem down the road and of course showed me what was wrong with it and what I needed to fix in order to get my car back on the road. Christian Brothers staff was amazing, from the consultants that called me and explained to me in details what was going on to the technician that was quick and did an amazing job in my car. Their prices are actually awesome too, very affordable. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers to everyone! 10/10. Matt was my service writer and David was my technician. You guys have a new customer for life!

My Lincoln with under 84,000 miles engine died. They made a really bad situation a lot better. They extended me, grace until I could decide what to do with the SUV. This relieved a tremendous amount of stress for me and I am very appreciative. No matter who you talk to there they are all knowledgeable, kind and eager to help. Also, their diagnostics cost a fraction of what the dealerships charge. In addition, I should have signed up for their warranty 3 months earlier as they suggested because the engine would have been covered. 😢

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive sincerely exceeded my expectations. As an owner of my first car and recently being in my first accident, I was extremely nervous of what they would say. But I was greeted warmly. Kinda like going to a family member that is skilled in something. They took the time to explain things to me in a way that someone not well versed in cars would understand. And put my mind at ease that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Any questions I had no matter how simple it may be for them. They explained to me and didn't make a later in life first time driver feel stupid. They were kind, sincere and had it together. Which in a world were most people wouldn't describe Automotive Shops as customer service oriented this one is top notch! And i would highly recommend to anyone. Even if you need to just get your car checked out. They do a complimentary inspection. So please check them out!

I had such a great experience at Christian Brothers. They provided a comprehensive and complimentary report on my car. The staff is very nice and professional. One of the best experience is the free shuttle. YEAH!! They will give a ride after you dropped the car at the shop and then, will pick you to come and get the car back. Isn’t it amazing!!! The consultant, Matt, is very friendly and exceptional!! He went above and beyond to help me and kept me updated during the entire process. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to everyone. Absolute best service experience of my life! No exaggeration. I will never go anywhere else. I am 65 years old, have owned and serviced 16 cars, and have never had such a positive experience with such an exceptional outcome. We took our vehicle into Christian Brothers for a fault indicator warning on the dash, worried that we had a $6,000 to $10,000 repair on our hands. They conducted a detailed diagnosis, obtained a new piece of equipment so that they could do a deeper diagnosis, and determined that they could resolve the problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. They communicated with me daily to provide a status and repaired our vehicle on time. When my friend went in to pick it up this morning, they were waiting on her and provided a detailed explanation of why the fault warning appeared and how to prevent it from reappearing in the future. She sent me a picture and said, "I have never seen a more beautiful dashboard." The word relief doesn't come close to expressing how we feel. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Chris, the Head Tech, the Tech who repaired the vehicle, and Jeremy and Matt at the front desk. Each of these professionals demonstrated patience and respect and never talked down to us or dismissed our concerns. This is a first class operation and I am confident that any future repairs will be done correctly and at a reasonable cost. Thank you team!! Feel free to use my name.

A nightmare of an experience. A very expensive nightmare mixed with a dose of placation and inauthentic attitudes. I bought it in to have ac repaired when I got the car back, they had put the wrong seal on my coolant reservoir. Had I not popped the hood a few days later, and looked under, I never would have realized it was leaking. So I bought it back for them to repair which they did for free but it did take another 5 days of not having my vehicle. When I went to pick it up the second time for the same repair, The check engine light was on, the car was squealing and making all kinds of rattling noises and the check engine light was never on before when I bought it to them to fix the AC initially. When I picked it up the third time. Another week later, it still had all kinds of problems. I had even asked them and told them I would pay for a full inspection to make sure that they didn't miss anything on the third go around, but I realized soon thereafter that I had gotten taken advantage of I'd been lied to. I was going to have a conversation with the owner, but I figured if all of his employees could be so disingenuous, it left me with no confidence that the owner would be helpful. And at that point I just didn't trust them to fix anything on my car even if it was for free because every time I bought it back to be fixed it came back with a brand new problem. I also explicitly asked them to not park my car outside of their lot over the weekend. But of course as you can see in one of the videos here with my review in fact when I went there Monday morning for the third time to pick up my vehicle in a 2-week. I got there just as they were opening and sure enough my car was not on their lot. And I watched a young man drive it into the lot after I explicitly, I'll say it again, ask them not to park my car off of the lot. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he wasn't apologetic and did nothing to try to make up for it. I kind of felt like a laughing stock like a big joke to them, One of the employees, Matt, had this bizarre smile on his face that felt so shoddy. Why would you be smiling at somebody who had to bring their car back two different times after an initial repair. After you took the car off the lot and stored it there over the weekend when I specifically asked you not to. And then with the water leaking all over the car, because one of the employees left the window open all week and it rained all over my car, I guess Matt thought that was kind of funny. I bought my car to a different mechanic and they diagnosed and fixed the ADDITIONAL problems which should have been done by Christian Brothers. I will be following up with corporate and writing a detailed report with photographs, receipts, timeline and additional input from my partner who was there to witness some of the malarkey. Oh and by the way, when they tell you that you're going to get a free inspection, all that means is that they look at the engine and if they see anything visibly they'll let you know. They don't do any testing at all. That's what you get for free. You get nothing but lip service. Oh, and, the very first time they had the car for this particular round of repairs, they left my passenger window open and it rained and when I picked my car up the passenger seat was completely flooded on the carpet and smelled like mildew. I told them about it but they didn't offer anything whatsoever to clean it or to do anything to make up for the gross lack of attention.

Honestly, I had the cool experience at Christian Brothers! I just went in for a quick oil change and they were so sweet. Usually, I hate car stuff, but they were super honest and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't actually need. We only talked about things that had to be done. It’s so hard to find an honest shop in Knoxville, but these guys are definitely it. If you need anything done to your car, go see them!

I have used CBA for my Jeep, so it was wonderful they were there for my Hyundaii Sonata. Tim was great ! Pictures and video sent directly to me. These helped me understand the explanation of what was wrong and needed. The experienced team are patient and kind and answer any questions you have, take whatever time is needed.
