The staff was nice but the quality of work was questionable. It took them 4 days to finally do a diagnostic on our truck. We had to come back a 2nd time after we were told it was finally ready because the oil was leaking and shooting profusely. They fixed it after we noticed it and notified them.

I am blown away! Speechless is the only word. I pride myself on doing my automotive work and take the utmost pride in my ride. This place truly “deserves” my business and yours’! I not only got the best price around on a coolant machine complete drain and fill but also got unbelievable service at the same time. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially elders or people vulnerable to deceptive mechanics. I LOVE this place!! This is a TRUE, none-biased, and not paid review. This is an everyday Joe sitting in the cleanest lobby ever, comfortable as a polar bear in snow, and happy to be here, leaving a great review. Extraordinary!!

I received a referral to have my 2008 Toyota Corolla towed to Christian Brothers for a diagnostics a while back and I'm so Grateful that I listened... I called and spoke to the kindest gentleman there name Kevin. Just by talking to him he put my mind at ease. They located the issue and fixed it. Kevin was as pleasant in person as he was on the phone.... I recently returned for an oil change and was warmly welcomed by two more associates Chris and Eric. They were such nice men they offered me coffee water and even a snack ...It's such a Blessing to be treated with kindness respect concern and care. FYI a Smile 😁 goes a long ways, you never know what it does for a person. Thank You Ms. Austin

I dropped off my f150 due to a evap code related to the purge valve. I spoke with two service advisors during this time period (one by the name of Eric, my apologies if spelled differently) both who were nice gentleman. After reading over the diagnosis it originally read "Switching valve is stuck open. Fuel tank will need to dropped down to remove switching valve. Recommendation : Replace switching valve." However, at the bottom of the invoice it said "replace fuel pressure sensor". Like most people, cause for confusion. I call and I say, your replace valve recommendation and the comment to replace a sensor are two different fixes for this problem, a valve and sensor are not the same thing. The service advisor says "I think the technician was wrong by mistake, it's the pressure sensor", I then follow by asking if you're wrong will this be taken care of, they say yes. So I proceed with letting them fix it. They fix it, I pick it up and the light comes back on. I drop it back off, call a day or so later about an update and they say the part was defective and ordered a new one. They attempt to fix it again, I pick it up only to get barely down the road and the light comes on again. The service manager by the name of Kevin, says he'll have it sent out to Ford to be taken care of and to just drive it with the light on until it he gets an appt setup and that he'll provide me a rental, I say okay. I contact him the following morning at approximately 7AM of the next business day notifying him to please let me know by the end of the day about the Ford appt. as it's my spouses travel vehicle for work out of the state so I liked to be proactive in her arrangements. I don't receive a phone call all day, I show up at 4:30 asking for a refund. Kevin in my opinion, could use some customer service training. Telling a customer "I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL AT 6" and that you haven't had the chance all day after receiving my call at 7AM is one thing, but your statement "WE CAN PLAY THIS TWO WAYS" or "I CANT REFUND YOU TODAY, YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY" (as it was a friday) and apparently only the owner can process refunds? I received my refund, took it to ford myself. And imagine what the diagnosis/repair was, the valve. I believe this all could've been prevented with my original phone regarding the conflicting diagnosis.

Eric even took the time to explain future maintenance that needed to be performed within a few months, this is a great faith based small business in our community. I would love someone at this shop to explain to me how my daughter was charged 700 dollars for a dead battery. You towed her car, 140, you ran a computer diagnostic 180, you changed her battery 310 dollars….700 bucks and one week later the exact same issue is happening again with her car. Please make it make sense. My view, you took advantage of a young person with minimal knowledge of cars and what repairs should reasonably cost. Absolutely terrible. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I went there after replacing a radiator and thermostat and still having overheating issues. Adam was my contact and kept me in the loop at all times, pricing was fair and they helped me save money when possible, they did great work, I saw pictures detailing the issue, what would be replaced, when parts would be here etc. I have no complaints and was very happy with the service. Very important had an excellent experience at Christian Brothers Automotive and will absolutely be returning. I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change, and the entire process was efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. Even though I accidentally showed up at the wrong location, they still took care of me without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. The service itself was completed within a few hours, and what really stood out was how thorough they were in explaining everything they did. They provided photos showing the condition of my brakes, air filters, and other components, and offered thoughtful recommendations to re-evaluate certain items at a future visit—never pushy, just informative. Everyone was genuinely kind and professional. I was offered water when I arrived and again when I was leaving, which may seem small, but it speaks volumes about their level of care and hospitality.

Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive for your phenomenal customer service and for always making sure your customers leave satisfied after their visit. After leaving a couple weeks ago upset due to some issues we ran into, Christian Brothers made it their top priority to fix and to take care of my car COMPLETELY on the house because they did not want to see their customers upset. Which was super sweet and already more than enough 😊 but unexpectedly, after my car was done they offered to take and PAY for my emissions to get done. Which I agreed to and my car is now passed and ready without me having to worry when I would have time to do that or just going in general! They truly bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and that my car was taken care of. They did beyond a great job fixing my car, I trusted them and they did not let me down. I cannot thank you guys enough for all of the amazing work you did. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and I can’t even start to explain how happy I am. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for me. I will be taking my vehicles back :). Special shout out to Erick and Adam, for being so understanding and always keeping me updated. You guys are the best! Also look at how good my trim piece looks!!!
