I had a nice experience at the Space Center CB location. David was my contact and was very nice and respectful. This location was very convenient for me with my home just 5 mins away… and an overheating vehicle (2017 Ford Explorer). So I dropped it off and within a few minutes I was on my way with an understanding of what was happening. They drove me home from CB which was really helpful and convenient. They were going to assess the vehicle and I would receive emails and/or text messages with information about what they had found. I received those messages with photos and videos of my vehicle’s problem area and explanation of what their recommendation was to fix the vehicle. I could accept or decline the different services. Sign my name and the work would start. They provide ample amounts of information in detail. This is all done electronically. I did talk with David about why I needed to accept or decline certain services and he explained clearly why some services had to be accepted. Some parts of the engine had to be removed and reinstalled to gain access to my problem, which was a water pump. Once I accepted and signed. The technician started to work on my vehicle right away. The work was done within a day. CB had my vehicle just over 2 days total. David called to let me know the vehicle was ready and I’ve picked it up. They offer a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty automatically on parts and labor… no need to sign up for a warranty. Check out process was easy with a credit card. So far I’m pleased with the whole process and hope the water pump works properly going forward. CB was a very nice.

I brought my vehicle in for services and to address concerns. They charge 175$ to diagnose which is fine but after reviewing the report I was given for some concerns, there were no reasonable explanations for the recommended repairs. I went ahead and spent 2700$ on some maintenance items that were overdue and one explicit concern that was “diagnosed” as a weak power steering pump. I picked up the vehicle with the same power steering concern and had to take it back for the shop to replace again, just to say that it was possible something else entirely. Clearly they are changing parts and not actually inspecting or testing as I paid for and now I cannot be sure that anything they have completed was done properly or at all!! They were friendly and attempted to help but do not seem to have experienced technicians!!!

This was my first time to Christian’s Brother automotive and it was Amazing ! I’m an Evangelist for 40 years and I was Blessed to find out that my former coworker Andy Miller was the owner and I wanted to support him . We fellowshipped in his office with his wife while my vehicle had a synthetic oil change . One of the employees educated me on the value of using synthetic oil and everyone was very Christ like . I look forward to doing and referring business here for many years to come !!!

My experience was great, I called on Monday morning and spoke with David, explained to him the issues with my dad’s vehicle and that the engine light was on. I made an appointment for the same day at 1pm and the vehicle was looked at before (6pm) COB. I received an estimate and approved the work all within the same day. By 4pm on Tuesday (next day) by vehicle was fixed and the engine light was off. My dad’s car ran like it did before the issue arose, like a champ! Definitely will be returning for any repair issues! Great customer service and extremely fast service.

I think their labor is a little higher than average in the surrounding area but they make up for it by being very thorough. CBA is known for their trustworthiness, especially with their female customers. You know they won't cheat you or pull the wool over your eyes. My right headlight went out on the way home last Thursday. I called Christian Brothers to beg for an appointment the next morning, knowing that they do not work weekends.. I think it was Josh who said to come by when they opened at 7 a.m. to see what they could do, and offered a ride to my 9 a.m. seminar in Webster if they needed more time. On my way to CBA the next morning one of the brake lights went out! Josh and Pete and Danielle treated me with courtesy and kindness. Dave, who took the blown light bulbs out took me to Webster in time for my seminar. At the end of the day my car was ready for pickup, at the predicted price, with a 10% discount for my AAA membership. We paid $205 for a diagnosis and the diagnosis came back that they need $670 for additional diagnosing to to get to our original concerns. This will be our first and last experience with Christian Brothers. Our advisor was really friendly and definitely sold us that it shouldn't need any further diagnostics. They did recommend we get a new battery and clean the throttle body and that was the extent of how far they would diagnose for the $205.

Be cautious using this shop. After spending over $3,000 on initial repairs, my check engine light came on the same day I picked up my vehicle, an issue I had never experienced before bringing it in. When I returned, they attempted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something that appeared immediately after their repair. I refused to pay it and after inspecting it, they acknowledged it was related to the work they had done and repaired it…temporarily. Later, the check engine light came back on again. I specifically asked if they could check whether it was the same issue as before. Instead, I was charged $500 in diagnostics and then told it was unrelated. On top of that, they are now recommending an additional $2,000 in repairs. At this point, I’ve paid over $3,000 and am being asked to pay thousands more for issues that began right after their original service. The pattern feels like nickel-and-diming rather than standing behind their work. After sharing my experience with coworkers, I learned that several of them had similar issues here, repeated diagnostics, high repair costs, and unresolved problems. That was concerning to hear. I also got a few other quotes and they were all significantly lower. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
