So several years ago I had a Saturn with a bad gas line. These guys saved me hundreds by bending their own and replacing the bad section instead of buying one off General Motors and charging me $800. That was great. So this time I had a car that was missing and dropped it off. They said they tested it and it had a misfire on cylinder one. They replaced the plug and coil and told me to pick it up and I did so. I got home 1.3 miles away and it was fine. Then I drove it to Mahoning Avenue and it was severely overheating. I had to pull over and leave the car. When I went back it was 3/4 of a gallon low on antifreeze. I took it back and they said it has a bad head gasket. It is still showing the same cylinder one misfire. I don’t blame them for the bad head gasket, but I do blame them for having me waste $400+ on it. If the cocky young mechanic knew what he was doing and cared about his customers, he would have spent 10 seconds opening the coolant reservoir and saw it was empty and considered there may have been another issue. But he didn’t so the charged me $430 to replace a plug and coil that didn’t need changed for an engine that was shot.

Great place. They got me right in. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it with out trying to upsell. They were all very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and didn't feel taken advantage of. I will without a doubt be bring all of my car repairs and problems here in the future.

Great place for car care. I took mine in to check out suggested repairs. Tommy gave it a thorough check. He came back to let me know what he found and did not charge me for his advice. I have had my oil changed, an air conditioning problem and other minor items fixed at Christmas Automotive. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. Honest, hard working and fair treatment. He will be getting my classic car ready for summer soon!

I stopped here because my daughter had an appointment at Akron Children's hospital, which is directly across the street from Christmas' place. My check engine light came on as we were leaving and I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to make the 30min drive back home to Warren. So, I gave them a call and I couldn't have asked for better service. Sonya and Joe took really great care of me. Ten out of 10 would recommend (and return in the future if the need arises).

Most reviews of this company is 6 years old THEY HAVE CHANGED Joe the mechanic takes advantage of you S should know he overcharged me by $500 my old part had a lifetime warranty which he did not discuss with me BE VERY CAREFUL Invoices/receipts are not detailed on vendor pats used warranty etc LOOK ARROUND

I called yesterday and did a quick explanation of my vehicle and what I needed/ wanted. I have an older vehicle and wanted an honest conversation weighing the pros and cons on my situation. Brought the car in this morning, discussed my options. They gave me honest opinions, something that was lacking at at the 3 car shops I had been to prior. They fixed my car and helped me plan a timeline to fix / update other things that were on the road ahead for the vehicle. This was the easiest conversation I ever had, informative, responsive and honest. I would highly recommend them on that experience alone, and the work was wonderful with a fair price. Every car shop always sped talked me and attempted upsells, not listening to me and my love for my older car. I always wanted to do what was best for my vehicle within reason of its age. Sonya, Tom and I believe Joe was his name, were the nicest people I have encountered. I will be returning as long as they are in business.

Great staff. Always ready to go out of the way to help in any way they can. Went out of the way more then once to assist me in getting my car running right. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the extra work that was put into the job. Even went so far to do a retest and charged me nothing. Always ready to answer any questions you may have about your service snd to advise you to or not to do certain work which you might not need. Thusly saving you even more money. I am not one to recommend any businesses ever, BUT... I do have to recommend this organization. SFC Miller US Army retired.

Poor quality work and overpriced. They failed to properly fix the issue with my car and refused to take responsibility for their subpar work. I ended up having to take my vehicle to another garage and pay even more to get the problem fixed correctly. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, go somewhere else.
