Great experience! They beat the price they quoted by about $100. But this is still about 15% more than the prices quoted from other garages in the area (not including the diagnosis fee, just parts and labor). They were fast, thorough, and didn't put any pressure on you. I still need work done on my car, so I will be taking it back here instead of taking it to my usual mechanic 200 miles away.

I have been a customer at Christopher’s Car Care for quite a few years. I make an appointment and my car is serviced by professionals. The staff is friendly, professional and the building is clean and comfortable. My service records are maintained and their prices are very affordable, I spent many years pricing repairs. We have been bringing our cars to Christopher’s Car Care for 30 years. The service has always been friendly, of the highest quality, and reasonably priced. We have also been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, and the ethics and professionalism of everyone who works there are impeccable. We would never even think of taking our cars anywhere else. In 30+ years, I have never had a bad experience at Christopher’s Car Care. They are friendly, professional, extremely competent, and keep you very well informed concerning the condition of your car and the work they are doing.

We've been a customer of CCC for years and it is always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and the mechanics are thorough and honest. They always do a full inspection but they are not pushy if they find anything else wrong. They give their recommendations but leave it up to the customer to make the final call. The best car repairs around. Honest, clean, polite I never wonder what is going on with my car. They keep detailed records so they know when a part is still under warranty and they take care of it. I have been going here for 10+years now and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The lobby is so clean and large. I used to take my toddlers there and they would play with the toys in the lobby while we waited for the car. Seriously the nicest car place around.

My daughter scheduled an appointment to have her power steering fixed. She had already purchased a steering rack since that’s what the seller told her she needed replaced when she purchased the vehicle. Christopher’s went ahead and ordered additional parts they could charge her for and just replaced the rack without any diagnosing until after they upcharged her 7 hours for a job that’s on the books for at most 3.5, that she didn’t ultimately need. She still has no power steering and now they want another $1000 to replace her pump. Don’t go here. The dishonesty is immeasurable. Every employee was more than happy to take money my daughter saved months for and give her nothing in return. The rudeness given to us when we asked questions about why parts were ordered and a steering rack replaced BEFORE any diagnosis was done was entirely unacceptable. I was accused of not raising my child properly since she jumped the gun and proactively sourced her own parts. For context my daughter is 19 and this is her first car. I hope they all sleep well tonight after they shook her down today. She’ll spend the rest of the summer saving for an honest mechanic to get her on the road, thank you for ruining her summer.

Christoper’s Car Care is an amazing place of business. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating! They were able to get me in for my car repair quickly and efficiently. Dan took great care of my vehicle and the work he did fixing my mirrors was top notch! My car was in and out in less than one business day which provided a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend Dan and the whole team at Christopher’s enough! I would come back again and again for all my auto repair needs. Overall 10 out of 10!!

The diagnosis of my car's problems occurred about 48 hours after the scheduled appointment, but aside from this brief delay, I have nothing but positives to say about the work done, the cost, the timeliness to repair, and the positive attitude of each employee I encountered (4 different people, at least). I will only take my cars to Christopher's Car Care for the forseeable future.

If google let me put zero stars I would but since they don’t I had to give it 1 star. I do not recommend this place at all. They charged me $170 diagnostic fee to tell me that I needed a new engine and refurbished engines are cheaper than just a regular used engine which makes absolutely no sense at all. They quoted me at $9,000-$10,000 to fix my car because they said the engine was bad and they refused to even open the engine to check anything inside of it to see if the engine was actually damaged from a cracked radiator. I had my car towed to another shop closer to my house and 1. This place does not charge a diagnostic fee 2. They replaced the radiator and spark plugs and lo and behold my engine is completely fine and has not overheated since I had the radiator and spark plugs replaced. I drive roughly 60 miles a day and as I have previously stated, my car has not overheated since then. I only paid $500 vs the thousands of dollars they quoted me because my engine was fine and instead of actually checking the engine they figured they would try to make as much money off of me as possible. Do not go to this place.

Very rude owner can’t talk to someone without attitude because of a delay learn how to speak to customers maybe you will get more buisness. Good luck because I’m putting this place on blast. I recommend no one to hear they charge out the ass here and want payed in full before it’s even done. He wanted 700+ $ to just diagnose the problem with my car. COMPLETE SCAM!!! NEW UPDATE- Was told that I had till Friday to grab my car or there would be impound fees and now they call me the day after saying I need to get it today pretty much threatened me with impound charges 😂

Brought in my 2022 Traverse with 72000 miles on it for a brake job. When they inspected it they said the brakes had over 30% life on them and suggested I wait, which I will, but still did the tire rotation. They also pointed out a potential emissions problem, which may be under warranty with GM. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to give their customers the best value they can.

From Stacey, Dan and Dave Everybody was such a pleasure to deal with. Very honest company. If there is a bad review that you come across from Goodyear in Hudson that is a planted bad review with a fake name. I know first hand that it is and Christopher’s does not deserve that. I had my car towed to Goodyear under the assumption that it was a warranty issue after the diagnostic from Christopher’s. Christopher’s made it very easy and understood. Once it got to Goodyear there it was all false and wasn’t a warranty issue. I then ordered a tow truck out of principal to go back to somewhere honest and that I could trust! If you need any review at all this is it! Please go to Christopher’s - I now will not trust anybody else with my vehicles!!

I called for them to do an estimate on my car for rear brakes lines due to salt corrosion. They called me with an estimate which was very reasonable especially with what type of vehicle it was. They got it done in a day which is amazing and they communicated with me with everything they were doing. This is my first time using them and I will definitely continue using them in the future!!
