Disappointed with my service recently. As a regular customer, this was a shock even though I knew I didn't have any warranty that covered it. A $700+ repair at the dealer, I found on the Dodge forum a very common door problem. Simple fuel housing fix at home $61. Obviously paid for the diag so in that hour jumped to the expensive option for repair instead of thinking of the customer and knowing or researching other possible problems.

We bought a 2020 dodge ram from here and it’s been nothing but trouble as well as dodge customer service sucks, and there mechanics apparently suck because we’ve had our truck repaired there 4 times since April 2023 and they don’t even fix it right and it ends up in the shop again. They had to replace the power steering pump twice in a row. They just had my truck for 6 weeks to repair a gear box and now we got our truck back with a check Engine light on and we’ve had to jump Our truck two days in a row and they said nothing was wrong with the battery while fixing the gear box. Oh and I forgot to Mention when we bought the truck in April 2023 dodge sold us the truck with safety recalls on it and we didn’t know. We later found out and had to bring it back to get the recalls fixed.

This place is only looking to make an easy buck. I was on vacation from New England and my back up camera was not working. All of my electronics were not working so I brought it into this dealer. My vehicle has 8000 miles on it. It is in the bumper-to-bumper warranty still from the factory. This dealership found one acorn and one leaf on my vehicle and they assumed that I had rodent damage and told me I needed to get the vehicle repaired through my insurance company and not thru the warranty. They made me pay for rental, which was supposed to be included on the Warranty anyways I took my vehicle out of there before they can do any damage to it and brought it back to the dealership near my home and they completely replaced the entire computer system because it was defective from the factory. They made no mention of rodent damage. I warn you do not go to this dealership. They will most likely try to scam you and won't even even try to go through the Warranty. It is a parent that they probably could get paid more by doing an insurance claim then they would from the Chrysler warranty.

Took my truck in for yet another recall with an appointment at 8:40am.Brandon informed me that it would not take all day to do the work, and it would probably be ready around noon and assured me that it wouldn't take all day. Well, guess what... my truck wasn't completed until 5 pm. If that's not all day, then I don't know what it is. The excuse was that they got busy. Honestly, I'm looking for another service center as this seems to be an ongoing issue. If you drop your vehicle off before someone else, it should be done in the order received and not pushed to the back of the line because someone wants to wait for their vehicle. Just because I'm not going to sit and wait doesn't mean I don't need my vehicle, I missed a day of work because of someone's incompetence. I go to work at 2 pm telling me noon or there about is a commitment. I'm not very happy with this dealership. No excuse for pushing me to the back of the line because I don't have time to wait is bullshit.

Well, judging from the reviews, Brandon may be a good service tech. But I can say from experience that Lance is condescending and needs a serious lesson in customer service and people skills. I'll never do business with this dealership because of him.
