Why post your operating hours as "open 24 hours" if you constantly have a sign up that says "registerdown for 10 minutes"? It would be understandable if it actually was 19 minutes. As of now, I've been staring at the sign for well over 25. Last time it was over 30.

Can't complaint much about this circle K , it looks clean all the time yeah it gets busy n sometimes there's one person at the register , but I notice this young girl charged me more for what I got didn't give a receipt but this is got I get must of the time so I already the average price , on the screen I didn't see anything but the charge for $20.64 so I knew it was wrong , I asked for a receipt and she gave it to me , she has charged me for a power aid $2.18 if not more I told her n she knew so went to get the drink n refunded me the price of that drink I didn't get , I can be this a mistake ? No it's not this something she's done before and that's why I asked for the receipt , be aware people , hope customer service gets to this

Brandon and Robin are the most amazing employees at circle k they each go above and beyond for customers ! Brandon is so respectful and quick ! Robin has such a great personality they each greeted while walking in and asked if there was anything in particular i needed help with ! I will forever pump gas and get my quick snacks and necessities from this circle k !! Shout out to both of them amazing people so sweet and genuine !

The only gas stations I ever have to deal with ride employees from is circle k. I don't understand how these employees keep their jobs with their rude attitudes and to sit there and talk about you with the customer standing behind you because you complain about their nay attitude. Circle K is losing a lot of business from these nasty employees I go out of my way to go to another gas station miles away so that I don't have to deal with the root employees at the Circle K and it just doesn't matter when I try one more time you go back in there just as worried as they were before

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours but when I come in the morning to get a coffee before work it's being closed twice. Many times I've gone there is no coffee at all. Its a shame because they have one good employee there but the rest suck. Where is management that is allowing this? I guess I need to find a new gas station to stop before I go to work

Air pump machine did not work. They told me to call the 800# on the machine. I did and was informed they ARE DUPPOSED TO REFUND AT THE STORE! Now I have to go back to get my $1.50 & am furious. Very rude woman at check out counter told me to get Ion line to report. Asked her to at least place a sign to prevent others from having the same problem & she turned to clean coffee counter.

I entered you store tonight and your cashier ordered me to put a mask on. I explained I have trouble breathing and she refused to ring me up, even told other customers to go in front of me. I decided to put one on came back in and still refused to ring me up. I had to wait in other line and previous cashier kept on ringing up other customers. Ask other cashier for managers number and she refused to give it to me. Told me I had to come back in to talk to manager and kicked me out of the store!!

the woman that works today is very rude. I bought gas with circle k all the time and never got charge with ice if you have your own cup. I don’t drink soda just water. She will charge me for a cup of ice same price as the drinks in a very rude sound of her voice

I have been going to this store for over a year. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met.she does not take care of the customers. Many times 3 plus there were 12 plus people in line and we ask here to please have another cashier so we could get service. Her response is go some where else if you don’t like waiting in line. She is so insensitive to the needs of the customer. I’ve been in sales and customer service for 40 years and have never had such a bad experience. You might want to avoid this business in future.

Terrible service and attitude from a supposed woman. My fiance started to walk into the establishment and this rude woman worker was rude and nasty to him as she was hanging outside outside with a patron smoking a cigarette and being boisterous towards him to Tell him to order through the window talking to my fiance like a dog. It was definitely a racist act! He's white and she's a confused miserable whatever she was so we left in peace. Will be calling corporate

I was there at 5:15pm on Sunday. There was a line of about 4 people with 3- cashier. Two cashier on their phone texting and they were finished texting they said next in line. This happens all the time. But you know we’re it doesn’t happen is at Rouse where I will be buying my beer now. Also your cooler is broken.

I went to Circle K this morning to get me favorite energy drink ( UpTime). As I entered the line to pay I observed the Manager ( Karen - Blonde Hair / Blue Eyes) Yelling and degrading an African American employee around 8:35AM today. She was telling the employee how incompetent she was at her job. The African American female employee explained that she does everything and the Manager seems to not acknowledge her work ethic. When I came to the register Manager Karen snatched my drinks and money out of my hand and threw it on the counter, rudely. I asked her why she was speaking to the employee so disrespectful in front of the customers. I told her yes, I heard the employee's rebuttal to her behavior. Karen asked me did I hear what the employee said to me? I said yes but she was supposed to lead by example. Karen said something and called the next customer. Karen's behavior was disrespectful and rude to the employee and rude to me. I understand that the staff is primarily African American but that does not mean that you can speak to the employees like dogs. Great, clean, cool store but your Manager Karen needs to be removed from service or professional development training and then train your staff so her negative behavior does not bleed over to the customer's service

The staff is SLOW in understanding and the management is horrible! Today was my final day having a bad experience at this gas station so while walking to my car I said aloud to myself that I hate this store and this white woman decided it was okay for her to include her two cents in where not wanted one told me today that I should maybe not come there and when I asked her who she was talking to she was a coward and then when I asked for her name to make a complaint she told the staff not to give me her name and wouldn’t give me contact for mgmt over her because she continued to try and goat me…I asked the staff for her name and she told them not to give it and they didn’t smh…this store has been having horrible management for years and no one cares and we are stupid to keep spending money with them.

I got a Dr. Pepper here. I usually taste it before putting the lid on, but this time I didn't. I noticed a weird taste, but I just finished eating pizza so I thought it must be the 2 flavors clashing. So then I brushed my teeth and drank some more and I still tasted it. I decided to lift the lid to look in it and I almost died! There was a huge glob of garbage and little globs scattered around. The wall of the cup had black and brown smears and residue like stuff. When was the last time you cleaned this drink machine??? I tried calling the store to alert the employees to close down the Dr Pepper spout and possibly the while machine if other flavors are doing this, bur of course no one answered the phone. The metal thing you push to get ice out is covered in beige residue too. How is it possible you NEVER clean the drink machines??? This has to be hazardous to my health!
